Their Family

It was the first time they had been to the Main family house since Pete moved with Vegas. The bodyguards stood still, staring at Pete. He couldn't care less what they thought of him, but Vegas did. One look was all it took for them to bow their bodies to Pete. "Kim will have to teach these guys some respect, or maybe I should," Vegas said in a cold, hard voice. They flinched, it was no wonder, Vegas had a reputation.
"It's not worth it" Pete said. "Sure it is Pete, I'm not going to tolerate anyone disrespecting or belittling you" Pete sighed and smiled looking at Vegas, "No, it's not worth that disrespect from those people, they're loyal to Kinn, to them I'm a traitor who traded his job to fuck the boss's cousin. Do you really think those people's opinions are important to me, they're not, Vegas, not at all, they never were, not even when I lived here. The only respect I want and need is yours. The only opinion about me that matters and I need is yours." He leaned in and kissed Vegas on the lips in a slow kiss. Vegas soon put his hands on Pete's waist and pulled their bodies together. Pete broke away from the kiss and said, "Later my love, let's talk to your cousin first." Vegas pouted "Ok" Pete giggled and licked Vegas lips before pulling away from everything and walking into the living room where Kim was waiting for them.

Nop and Bear hid a smile at the sight of their boss's face. It was always the same, Khun Vegas was a nightmare, a man to be feared by all, but to Pete he was a puppy.

"Cousin, Pete, please sit down. How are you?" said Kim. They sat down, Vegas took Pete's hand in his, "We're good cousin, ready to find out what we missed while we were gone." Kim followed Vegas's hand with her eyes and saw the ring on Pete's hand, "I see, I hope you guys invite me to the wedding" "We'll wait until Macau has college break, so we'll have a few months to think about whether you can come or not" Pete said in an amused voice. After some more banter and relaxed conversation between the three of them, it was time for the serious stuff. It was Vegas who asked: "So, what really happened when we were out? Kim sighed, "It was all over Vegas. It was a mess for a few moments but it's all over now, at least the part about my brothers. For the rest we'll have a lot of work" "What did you do with Kinn and Tankhun?" it was Pete who asked.

"I didn't do anything, honestly. I'll start with Kinn's part and others will tell you what happened with Tankhun. Sam, bring them in here please." "Yes, Khun Kim," Vegas and Pete shared a frowning look. "I guess I should start with when you went to Pete's house. My sources told me Porsche dumped Kinn. I thought Kinn would be worse off, but that same night, after a deal fell through, he brought home two guys from one of the best and most elite gay clubs." They chuckled when they heard that," What a surprise" said Vegas rolling his eyes.

In the end that will be good for us." Vegas nodded, it really was better that way, it would save them a problem when they started shutting down the illegal part. "What about the head part?" Vegas asked.

Kim sighed "Kinn had no choice but to ask for help, he was taken by a hitman, the guy was very bad at his job, if you ask me, he believed Kinn's words when he offered him more money, so they ended up at my door, one asking for money and the other begging for help. I killed the hitman and talked to Kinn. He wanted me to help him rebuild the Main family, his plan was for me to help him and stay in the shadows cleaning up his shit while he ran the business. I showed him our father's royal will and gave him two choices, he could either stay under my orders and do what I told him to do, or he could go off on his own. Do you know what he chose?"

"Knowing Kinn's love of power anyone would say he chose to stay with you, but he hates you too much, doesn't he," Pete said. "Pete, you always see more than people want to show, I don't know why my dad didn't want you for me and put you with Vegas?
