" daddyyy!" I heard followed by a sniffle. I felt her weight on my chest and wrapped an arm around her.
I took a second to open my eyes. She was staring at me with a pout. Her pacifier was in her mouth and she was sucking it hard. " What's wrong with my baby?" I asked rubbing my thumb on her cheek softly. She leaned into my palm and her eyes watered.
I pulled her to fully lay on top of me. My back was sore from sleeping in the van but I didn't care about that.
She said something behind her pacifier, " miss me?" I asked not completely understanding her. She nodded and rubbed her eyes. I smiled and placed a kiss on her pacifier. She smiled, " up up!" she said
We weren't moving anymore and I didn't hear anyone else. " Here?" I asked her and she nodded sitting up on my lap
" Uhm where are your clothes?" I asked raising an eyebrow. She was in her bikini already. " Ha'!" She said bouncing a little to emphasize her word, She was hot... I guess that's valid. " Ok," I laughed
" Where's everyone else?" I asked yawning, she pointed out the window and I looked up to see everyone getting their bags. " Ass holes," I said and she gasped shaking her head no
I got out first and then reached for her. She walked into my arms and I picked her up ignoring all of them. I was still mad about earlier.
" Finally damn it's 100 degrees and you wanna be sleep all day knowing you have the key!" Solo said. " I told you sending Nicki would work," Chris said
I shook my head. They all knew better than to disrupt my sleep, sending the baby was smart I'll give them that. I can't get mad at her
I carried Nika up to the front door. " Do you wanna go in the pool?" I asked her, she nodded excitedly. I smiled, " Ok princess. We gotta unpack first."
She shook her head no. " yes mami it'll be fast."
She laid her head on my shoulder as I unlocked the house. I had the AC turned on last night so it was cold. Nika shivered in my arms, " outside!"
" How did you put a bikini on in the car?" I asked realizing that she had to of stripped in front of everyone, I took her pacifier out to hear her answer, " I have it in my pack pack and I put in on my clothes but soso help me change," She explained
" Ok baby, next time wait for daddy?" I said, she nodded and took her pacifier back
I took her up to our room and started to unpack while she walked around touching stuff
* BANG * I cursed under my breath and walked into the bathroom to see that she had dropped a shelf onto the floor, " itty.. how did you do this?" I asked
" climb," she said with a whimper, I picked her up. The shelves were placed diagonally so I could see why she would want to climb it but ..." Those shelves are only held by a tac mami, they're not built for climbing." I said and she nodded laying her head on my shoulder. She was definitely still tired by the way she kept resting on me.
