"You know, you're a REALLY heavy sleeper. Katherine came in here at 5 in the morning and kept poking your back. She needed to go to the bathroom."
"Well, you took her right?"
"Yeah of course."
We headed down stairs, 17 year old Lou, who legally shortened her name from Anna-Louisa to just Louisa , was cooking breakfast. And 7 year old Delilah was waiting for her waffles, watching some cartoons. Katherine came down stairs, Squid holding her.
"Oh, hey mom, dad, Katherine." Lou finally accepted Squid into the family. Delilah never knew her dad, so she loved Squid as her father. "Dad, look at this!" Delilah called Squid over, showing him a cartwheel.
"So Lou? You ready for later, you've packed?" I asked her. Lou was going to Stampy's place today.
"Yeah, I am. Do I need anything else?"
"Nah, I think your fine."
Squid interrupted saying, "Why do we still need to let her go there?"
Lou's POV
Well said, Squid. I thought, Why do I need to see my stupid dad again? I haven't seen him for three years, and the last time I went, he was so mean. His daughters are spoiled, he never listens to anyone else. I'm so tired with him, good thing I have a plan.
