NARRAGATORS POV:

When (Y/N) left the deadheads she got surprised by an worried Alby, she hoped he didn't hear what newt said in the deadheads or what would've been even worse is if Minho heard him ,because she knew Minho would have broken one of their main rules, to (Y/N)'s relief he was in the maze with Thomas, so it was impossible he heard newt, before (Y/N) could think about all possibilities how Alby could have heard him, she got drawn out of her thoughts by Alby talking.
"Hey (Y/N)" Alby said trying to act like everything was normal "Hey Al what's up" (Y/N) said, putting on a fake smile, trying to hide the fact that her whole world just fell apart "So listen, I need your permission for something and please don't get mad"Alby said ,slightly fearing (Y/N)'s reaction to what he was going to say "just tell me" she said slightly annoyed "So Gally's been annoying me since you came out of the maze that, you broke the rules and that even tho you saved Thomas's and Minho's life you should be punished, now I hate to say this, he wants you to spend a night in the pit ,no food ,nothing to drink" Alby couldn't believe the words he said since ,he was the leader and he shouldn't listen to a Glader ,who wants his favorite Glader in the pit, but Gally was right, she did broke the rules, even tho she saved two important runners life's "fine" she said "I could need it to think about....something'" "About wh-" "nothing you have to worry about" She interrupted Alby "just make sure I get atleast a slice of bread to eat ,I haven't eaten since a whole week" Alby just noticed when (Y/N) said that, she got skinnier, pale and she looked definitely not like a human should look like.
Alby gave her a quick nod before Gally took her by the arm and walked with her towards the pit "Hey I'm sorry I just, when I broke the rules once ,I got send of to the pit immediately, since then I follow the rules more and-" "no need to apologize Gally" she interrupted him "I'm glad that not only Alby has to make sure things around here work like they have to" she gave him a small smile, trying to assure him she's not mad at him, he returned the small smile ,as they both arrived Gally noticed how tired and pale (Y/N) looked like "I'm gonna get you food before you get in there just wait a minute" before Gally ran off to get her food, she thanked him and smiled at him again, (Y/N) didn't know why but since Newt was so mean to her she had the urge to be nice to everyone, except to Newt.

Just when (Y/N) and Gally were out of sight, Newt came up behind Alby and asked where Gally was bringing (Y/N), he still had red swollen, glossy eyes, but hid it under his hood, for Alby it was kinda odd, since newt never wore his hood over his head and it was really warm in the glade, but he didn't gave it too much attention and answered Newt's question.
"She's going into the pit, since she broke the rules by running into the maze and not being a runner" He looked at Newt with a serious look on his face, trying to make those words believable "You gotta be kidding me right?" Newt laughed in disbelief "Ha I wish, but some gladers were not so happy about the fact that she wasn't punished 'just because' she was injured." Alby explained "let me guess 'some' gladers were Gally" "Yeah, i think he's still mad at us for throwing him into the pit immediately after he hit another Glader" Alby guessed "No way he still remembers that"
"Would be my only guess why he is following the rules more than anyone here"Alby said chuckling to himself.
After a few seconds of silence Newt broke it
"Al, I wanted to talk to you about someone who broke the rules" Newt said getting quieter with his voice
"And who would that be?" Alby said raising an eyebrow, not finding any memory of someone breaking the rules except for (Y/N) "Well me" Alby looked at him in disbelief, not knowing what to respond to his second command "Why? I haven't seen you breaking the rules in any way"
"That's because it was between me and another Glader privately and before you say ,you can't judge something you haven't seen, I kinda have to spend the night in the pit with (Y/N), first of all I feel horrible about the thing I did , second she wouldn't be alone so you would be comforted and third-"
"Alright, Alright I get it shank" Alby said interrupting him "I won't ask you what you did, just, keep your hands to yourself,got it?" "Got it" Newt felt excitement, he knew (Y/N) was never going to talk to him, that's why he needed to be in the pit with her, so she didn't even have the tiniest chance to avoid him.

After Gally brought (Y/N) her food, he locked her up in the pit, after he apologized again, he ran off to the builders to continue his job, (Y/N) was alone, but she didn't mind it, no one would care about her anyways, she thought to herself, she may have thought the words of Newt didn't effect her, but she was so wrong, all she could think about ,was what he had said to her, maybe he was right, maybe she did try to get everyones attention by hurting herself"no it couldn't be" she said to herself, she could never hurt the people she loves.
Before her thoughts could completly eat her up, she saw two shadows walking towards the pit while they were talking, one she recognized as Alby's, since he had that manly deep voice, the other one was also easy to recignose but she was not happy to hear that voice, it belonged to Newt, whenever she had any kind of trouble, it was always Newt who happened to be there.
The shadows came closer, until she was finally able to see the two boys she identified by their voice.

"What is he doing here?" (Y/N) asked annoyed "You can ask him that, but he's going to spend the night in the pit with you" Before (Y/N) could start arguing with Alby, Newt jumped into pit and sat himself down, without a word Alby locked the pit and walked away with a sigh, leaving you and Newt alone. "I'm sorry" He said, breaking the long silence between you two "Newt, I can't talk about that now" you mumble, staring at the hay in the pit "But we have to"  "And I don't want to Newt, i'm sorry I asked you about your limp I didn't know it was such a trigger but that's  no excuse for getting so aggressive at me, I asked you because I was worried not because I wanted to remind you of whatever happened" "I know and I-" "No Newt, now you know, but I thought that you know me well enough, to assume that was my only intuition, I'm not mad at you, just disappointed" He stayed silent not knowing what to respond to that 'she is right, I should've known better,she just cared for me and I got nothing better to do then get mad at her, bloody heck I'm such a slinthead' He thought. After another long silence, (Y/N) broke it "I still love you,I promise, It's just hard, I can't just act like nothing happened and be together with you without always having the things you said to me in the back of my mind, I'm sorry" tears made their way to her eyes, but she didn't let them fall, she couldn't, she didn't want to show him, that she was weak, she didn't want to see him with any emotions of her, which meant she couldn't show him how much she actually loved him.

They both were silent now, they knew it was the only right thing to do now, they both laid down having glossy eyes, trying to sleep, when Newt was sure you were asleep he mumbled "I love you too, I'm sorry love" with that he also drifted off to sleep.

OH MY DAYS THIS IS SO SAD I'M SORRY; THIS CHAPTER KINDA SUCKS BUT I STILL HOPE YOU LIKE IT, I'M BTW BACK FROM VACATION BUT ON FRIDAY I'M GONNA BE GONE AGAIN BECAUSE THEN I HAVE VACATION WITH MY DAD,HAVING DIVORCED PARENTS SUCKS BUT I CAN'T CHANGE IT, I HOPE I CAN WRITE NEW CHAPTERS THERE BUT I CAN'T PROMISE YOU ANYTHING, I'M TRYING MY BEST TO MAKE AS MUCH CHAPTERS AS POSSIBLE, WITH THAT I'M GONNA SAY BYE BYE GLADERS AND REMEMBER STAY POSITIVE
