"Who's that?" Luffy said and looked towards me. "Klahadore, he's Kayas butler.." I said and Kaya leaned towards her window so Klahadore can hear her. "Uh actually Klahadore, these people are—" Klahadore adjusted his glasses once more with his palm "not now, Kaya. You can tell me all about these rift rafts after they've left."
Klahadore began to walk towards us and I go behind Nami, I sneak away and hide behind the tree. I wasn't scared of the butler, I was more scared of Thando scolding me if Klahadore came to complain about me and Usopp.
"Get out, all of you. Unless you have some business with me." Klahadore said seriously and Luffy smiled "alright, do you think you can help us get a ship"
Klahadore adjusted his glasses again "certainly not." Luffy frowned and Zoro placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.
"Usopp, Y/n."
We both froze as Klahadore called us out, I was a few inches away from the tree and usopp was trying to sneakily climb down without him noticing.
"Crap.." I mumbled and Usopp fell down the tree but tried to play it off "you have quite the reputation, you're very well known in the village, usopp." Usopp smiled nervously "sure am.." he said as his legs were shaking. Klahadore looked over to me. "You aren't as troublesome as your brother but you're still on private property just like the rest of them."
Klahadore looked back to usopp. "I've heard you've been on many adventures, quite impressive for someone as young as you." Usopps legs were still shaking but he tried to play it cool. " Usually people who admire me so much call me, Captain, so it's captain Usopp to you."
Klahadore laughed slightly "captain huh, your father also had something of a reputation" usopp furrowed his eyebrows at the statement.
Kaya gasped and looked at Klahadore in worry "Klahadore please just stop." Klahadore stared at Usopp seriously "you'll never be anything more than a son of a filthy pirate."
I clenched my fist at his statement towards my brother, I walked towards him but Luffy grabbed my shoulder to stop me. I looked towards him angrily but Luffy kept his hand on my shoulder, a silent response to not intervene.
"Who knows what sort of trouble you're up to now. All I ask is that you and your kind leave this respectable young lady alone."
Usopp continued to stare at Klahadore with anger in his eyes "a flirty pirate.." Klahadore continued on "you and Kaya are from completely different worlds and you know it. Is it money your after, how much do you want"
Kaya yelled out to Klahadore with slight authority in her tone "seize this at once Klahadore. Apologize to him!" Kaya leaned out of the window more and usopp looked at her concerned "hey calm down Kaya.."
Klahadore fixed his glasses "I don't think I have any reason to apologize to this savage young man, young lady. My goal isn't to slander, I am merely stating the truth. I sympathize with your situation, you must hate your great idiot of a father for abandoning his family and his village because of his mindless lust for treasure"
"Shut your mouth, you don't know anything about usopp!" I yelled and Klahadore turned his attention to me. Luffy kept his hand on my shoulder to keep me levelheaded.
"And Y/n, your poor mother—" my breath hitched and I froze on the spot. Usopp glared at Klahadore once he mentioned my mother "don't you dare insult my father or bring up my sisters past up so casually!" Usopp went to my side and Luffy let's go of my shoulder.
"Why are you so worked up usopp, it's times like these where you should do what you do best and lie. Tell me about how your father is really a traveling salesman, or about how you aren't really related by blood." Usopp snapped and punched Klahadore in his face. It snapped me out of my frozen status and I stared at usopp shocked.
Klahadore landed on the ground with a thud "captain!" The three boys yelled out shocked. "Case in point. He resorts to violence I guess the apple never falls far from the tree, does it."
"Shut up!" Usopp yelled and Klahadore winced back "my father listened to his heart, he chose a life of risk and adventure. I am proud to say that my old man is a brave warrior of the sea. Your right I have been known to exaggerate from time to time but I will never lie about who my father is, I refuse to be ashamed of my heritage. I am the son of a pirate!"
"Pirates are brave warriors of the sea are they.." Klahadore laughed slightly "that's quite a twisted way of putting things. You don't seem to understand that you are living proof of his savage blood. You run around spouting lies and use violence when you don't get your way, to top it off you cozy off to the lady of the house to steal her fortune." Klahadore adjusted his glasses with his palm.
"Usopp would never steal anything from Kaya, you're just making up assumptions about him based on his heritage!" I yelled out in anger and Klahadore glared at usopp "your father is a filthy no good pirate! Tetri is in your blood of course you would act out such an evil scheme!"
"Shut up!" I side kicked him straight in the face and Klahadore landed on the ground with another thud. Kaya gasped again in fear. "Stop it please, no more violence! I can't take it anymore"
"Klahadore isn't a bad person! He's just..he's just trying to do what he thinks is best for me and sometimes he goes too far."
Klahadore looked at us "leave this place. You are never to come here again!" Usopp grabbed my shoulders "we get it. You don't have to tell me twice buddy." He began to walk us away from the scene. "This is the last you'll ever see of me."

I sat in the old house it was located near the outskirts of town. I was sitting at the dinner table, there were only two chairs. The one I was sitting on and the one across from me.
I clenched my fist as I kept thinking about my late mother, I wanted to distract myself from her but all I can think about was that day but it probably wasn't the best idea to come to this house either. Even if Amin is still alive and kicking I miss his wild pirate stories. He didn't stick around for that long but he made our day with his stories.
"I'm just going down memory lane today aren't I". I scoffed and rubbed my eyes in exhaustion.
"Y/n.." I hear usopps voice outside from the house and I look at the front door but don't say anything. "Y/n you gotta open up! Klahadore planning to kill Kaya" I furrowed my eyebrows at his words.
"You've got to believe me. Y/n..everyone is gonna be killed. I don't want to lose anyone or you, you're my little sister..I don't want to lose any more of my family" he began to tear up and banged on the door to get my attention.
I slowly stood up and opened the door. "..Klahadore is really trying to kill Kaya?" Usopp nodded without hesitation and I looked at his eyes and see he's dead serious. "..come on, we've got to warn everyone. I'll warn the town and you can warn Kaya." I said seriously.
Usopp continued to tear up and he hugged me "thank you..thank you.." I hugged him back but then he pulled away. "Wait Y/n you've got to check on Luffy before you run to town, he fell of the cliff—I'm pretty sure he's dead but—you know..better safe than sorry" I looked at him dumbfounded and he sighed "it's a long story..but he's at the shore"
"Will you warn the town?" I asked and he nodded in determination and ran off. I watched him run off and then began to run to the shore to Luffy.
