Klaus POV

Previously...

In seconds we started to fight and she didn't gave up, and I was impressed with her determination, but we all know that in this fight I am the one who is going to win, after a while she push me to the ground and in a blink was on top of me, she started to look at me with her beautiful blue-green eyes and give a glance to my lips and started to lean for a kiss, I couldn't helped but leaning to her too, then she put her hand on my heart and whisper in my ear "In War and Love, Everything is Fair" than she let my heart and get up.

"Okay, I am going to get some blood. Was nice to see you guys" She said like it wasn't big deal what she done to me and everyone started to laughing.

Now...

"Shut up!" I mumble to them, then I went to the kitchen, and saw Caroline drinking a blood bag (it was B+).

"You cheated..."

"There are no rules when it comes to fighting..." She said grinning.

"You are different." I noticed

"That's a good or bad thing?" She asked curious

"It's a good thing. You are stronger, more confident..."

"Thank you!" She said smiling.

"What happened?" I asked

"What do you mean?"

"When someone changes for better or worse, it means something happen in their life. So, what happened love?" I asked.

"You really want to know?" She asked me with an annoyed tone.

"My mother passed away a few months ago, so I needed to think about others things or I would probably turn it off but I promise to my mother when she was dying that I wouldn't turn it off, so I start cleaning at the house and stuff like that, but that just helped me at first, so than I decided to ask help for training, it's useful and help me not think about much in the subject." She said with a weak smile and sadness in her eyes and then she added "Let's change the subject. So did you get your throne back?"

"Yes" I said and chuckled with her question

"So how was that? You said 'hey, I'm the Big Bad Hybrid and this is mine by right' and stuff like that or what?" She asked me and try to imitate my voice which made me chuckle

"Not exactly, I fight against my protégé and got my throne back."

"Of course, or you name wouldn't be Niklaus Mikaelson" She said giggling.

"So... I have a question for you love."

"Okay."

"Why did you didn't care if I was coming back to town or not?" I asked curious

"Because you are allowed to come here or not. It's your life, do what you want."

"Oh, really. Because the last time we talk you make me promise that I wouldn't come back."

"Well I change my mind. Like I said 'It's your life, do what you want'. " She said so I got closer and kiss her she was kissing me back, but immediately broke the kiss and push me.

"Why the hell did you do that?"

"You said to do whatever I want..."

"Well, for that you need permission." She said pointing the finger to me.

"Well, for me it seemed that I had your permission."

"You wish" she said smiling and living the room.
