Caroline's POVIt passed a month since we start Tyler's torture, I was on the kitchen eating my pancakes when Rebekah appeared."Hey Care!" She said"Hey Bekah! It's Nik, he doesn't want you to be alone and he today need to do something in New Orleans." She said."But is everything okay? Are they still in war?" I asked concerned."Nik is okay, but vampire's and werewolves are in war in New Orleans...""I can't believe that he is going to be in the middle of war... She said I seat and just start to make long breathes.Rebekah took me to a room and we stayed there until the doctor came."I'm here!" I said and the contraction were back making me screamed, Rebekah gave me her hand and told me that everything would be alright."Care, Nik is going to be here in any minute." She said smiling."He's coming?" I asked smiling and she nodded then I screamed because of the contractions."You need to get out now." I asked running over to Rebekah, Stefan, my father, Katerina and Elijah."She is on that room." Rebekah said and we heard a screaming."Caroline!" I whispered to myself.I went to the room."Niklaus! She said with a weak smile and added "I love you Niklaus.""I love you Caroline." I said and walk away.15 minutes later the doctor came with the babies."The babies are healthy!" He said with a weak smile."And Caroline? Is she okay?""We better talk in private.""No. They are our family. Now tell us." I said."She couldn't make it. I'm sorry." The doctor said and I felt my heart broken in pieces."You can't do anything?" Asked Stefan."I'm sorry." The doctor said and walk away."Wait, before you go, if I turn her into a vampire maybe...""I don't know." He said and then he vanished."We need to try. At least try. I can't loose her right now..." I said fighting the tears.They all agreed and I do it. I gave her my blood and turned her into a vampire, but she stayed there... She seemed dead."I can't see her like this." I said and walk to the nursery where was Allison and Henry."Hey guys! I just want you to know that your mother loves you very much. She might not be here right now but I know how much she loves you..." And with that tears start running my face.Caroline's POVI pushed and in a blink everything was dark.When I woke up, I didn't see anyone or my babies."Where are my babies?" I asked and get out of the room to the living room."Where are my babies?""You... You are alive." Katerina said shocked, at first I didn't understand her reaction but then she told me everything that happened."Where is Niklaus?" I asked."In the nursery." I went to the nursery and saw him talking with my babies."You're mother is the most beautiful women in the entire world. Or at least it was... She didn't deserved what happened she should be here..." He said with tears in his eyes, but I could see it was tears of happiness.We went to a bar in Chicago and let Rebekah babysitting Allison and Henry."So... Are you ready?" He asked and I nodded.I went to talk with some guy and asked if we could be in private, he nodded and I went to a place where no one could see or hear us and I drink from him, then he passed away."Are you okay." Klaus asked me."I'm fine. Thanks for being here with me..." I said and hugged him, he clean with his thumb, my mouth and drank some of the blood, I just kissed him.
