Caroline's POV

I was in the Grill talking to Ansel, and I was listening about how he come back from the Other Side, how Klaus rejected him and told him to get away, and after a while he start to tell stories about Klaus when he was human, then it was silence, he looked so sad because he had to leave Klaus, so he could win his trust and make Klaus let him in in Klaus's life.

"Okay. I need to ask this. Do you have any place to sleep in?" I asked concerned about him and also the silence was getting weird.

"I am in some motel. I'll be okay Caroline." He said with a small smile.

"You are NOT going to be in a motel. You're going to be in my mother's house." I said without hesitation.

"I don't think your mother will like that idea. But thanks for the hospitality." He said and my smile vanished.

"My mother passed away this year." I said sadly.

"Oh, I'm so sorry. I didn't know."

"It's okay. So you're going to sleep there, and when you need to talk to me you can call me or text me. By the way, I usually am here or where I live now, and that is in the Salvatore's boarding house. Do you know where is it?"

"Yes, I know." He said smiling and then added "Do you sure it's okay me sleeping in the place where your mother used to sleep?"

"Yeah, sure. But first come with me to the Salvatore's boarding house to know everyone."

I text everyone to be at the Salvatore's boarding house, so when I arrive along with Ansel to the Salvatore's house, everyone was already there.

"Why are we all here gorgeous?" Enzo asked

"And who is that?" Katherine asked pointing to Ansel.

"I call you guys so I could tell you that I am going to help him" I said pointing to Ansel. "So, none of you will hurt him or try to kill him or whatever..." I said looking at Damon and then look at everyone and said "This is Ansel and he is the biological father of Klaus."

"You are going to help the father of the Big Bad Hybrid? Are you crazy?" Elena asked

"Guys, he just wants to be in Klaus's life... I don't care if you guys will be with me on this, but I am going to help him to win Klaus's trust. So, it's normal if he will be here sometimes..." I said calmly

"I'm sorry Care. But I am not going to help you." Elena said.

"Sorry blondie, but I don't win anything with that" Damon said.

"Whatever Damon" I said

"I'm in. Klaus for a moment was my best friend, in the 20's he was like a brother to me, so I help you Ansel." Stefan said smiling and I smiled to him.

"I don't think I'm going to be useful in that mission, so don't count on me..." Tyler said and I understood.

"Well, you can count on me. We all know that I don't like about Klaus, but I know if Ansel and Klaus be in each other's life, Elijah would be happy and we all know how I fell about him..." Katerina said and I smiled to her and she smiled back to me.

"You can count on me too. I know how family is important..." Bonnie said.

"I don't have anything against that hybrid and this Ansel, so I guess I'm in gorgeous..."

"Thank you" I said smiling.

"Thank you. I really appreciate what you guys are doing..." Ansel said.

"Okay. Great! But we are going to start the plan tomorrow. Right now, I show you where is my house, even if you probably know where it is." I said remember that Klaus visit me when Klaus gave me his blood in my birthday.

"Thank you..." He said smiling.

I show him my mother's house, I told him that he could sleep in my bedroom or in my mother's room, I offer my bedroom because sleeping in a bedroom of a person dead is not really nice. I told him that I didn't have any food in the fridge so he needed to buy some food and stuff and if he needed anything else I was just a call away.

I went back to the house, still processing everything that it's been happen today. I hope that Ansel and Klaus be okay because I believe that Love is Family, and how Elijah is always saying Family is power, which make me believe that Love is power, I say this because DNA doesn't make family, love does...
