for once, logan ended up being right about just how nice lily can be. arendale stuck close with the girl who had ushered her boyfriend to follow logan instead of them since their garages weren't far from each other and she knew he should already be with his team right now, but, oscar just wanted to make sure that arendale's personality wasn't too much for lily. he did trusts logan, but trusting arendale is a different story.

"don't look like that, baby. we'll finally have some time together" logan cooed and snuggled into oscar ( nyck had an early meeting so she would be introduced to him later )

"you're right, we're over lily" he huffed and dramatically strutted away with his arm around logan's shoulders. lily just giggled as she's use to it while arendale ( who isn't ) furrowed her eyebrows

"come on, i'll show you around and introduce you to some of the other girls"

despite qualifying still being a while away, arendale couldn't help but feel exhilarated the more her and lily walked. she understood that formula one has a much bigger fanbase than netball; even the large stadiums she's competed in couldn't compare to how many people were in and around the paddock already.

lily smiled at seeing how in awe arendale was, knowing she had a similar reaction when attending her first race to support oscar. the atmosphere just made you feel excited for what was to come and she had to admit that being a spectator instead of a competitor also made things feel different.

"oh, hang on. my shoes come undone, i'll meet you in there" although, the mclaren hospitality area was only a few steps away, lily was hesitant on leaving her but arendale reassured that it's alright.

arendale would admit; retying her shoes on the middle of everything probably wasn't a good idea, especially when someone knocked into her from behind and she fell forward.

"shouldn't have worn white. please say they aren't stained" she prayed silently and looked down at her knees, almost crying out of relief to see that they were still fine

"oh, sorry" she looked up at the hand reaching out to her and arendale froze. his pretty brown eyes were filled of concern and it seemed as though everything was moving in slow motion as she reached for his hand.

"it's alright" though she sounded a bit breathless, arendale managed to try and reassure the boy in front of her

"no, no, really. sorry"

yuki tsunoda never believed in love at first sight. sure he's thought some girls were pretty while passing by them, but there was something about the one he had accidentally knocked over that made his heart flutter and his cheeks grows warm.

arendale hoisted herself up with the help of yuki who had to hold back a gasp at seeing how tall she is. he's use to being shorter than many, but most of the girls he's around didn't tower of him like she does.

"it's my fault, honest. should've moved to the side" yuki silently shook his head and arendale smiled lightly before taking out her phone at feeling a buzz — it was lily asking why she was taking so long

"gotta go, good luck" yuki could only watch as she quickly jogged into the mclaren hospitality area

nyck went to enter the garage when he noticed that his teammate was no longer beside him. he looked around in disbelief before spotting yuki who seemed quite dazed.

"mate, you good?" he jumped and turned towards nyck who was walking towards him

"what? yeah" he brushed him off but a raised eyebrow from the older boy had yuki knowing he didn't believe his lie
