all the teams had already flown out, but arendale knew a few players from the other teams that had chosen to stay and enjoy their break. when logan found out that she's technically free until late september, he instantly began planning on having her join him for the dutch, italian, and singapore grand prix since they'll be going their separate ways in two days.

however, arendale hadn't seen yuki since he gave her the bouquet of flowers before running off, logan said yuki hadn't been feeling well and her parents agreed; "he was very jittering and pale" was what her mother said when she asked for yuki.

"sorry, i didn't feel well" is the text she received later that day from him

arendale had a lot to think about.

one: codie was still messaging her through instagram asking how she's been, but arendale left him on delivered. he's always been a confusing person and maybe codie is trying to mend things between them, but why now? she really didn't understand.

two: yuki. is he avoiding her? was he not as interested as logan originally thought? is he actually unwell and she's just overthinking for nothing?

instead of enjoying a shopping trip with her parents, arendale lagged behind as her mind became completely consumed by the two boys.

she didn't like codie, so why is he on her mind? arendale heard from an old high school acquaintance that him and his missus are going through something and he's been trying to reconnect with quite a lot of them. majority of his messages were filled of apologies and some chose to forgive him as they wanted to move on, but some refused and left him on read or angrily cursed him out for taking so long to realise how many people he and his friends had hurt with their actions during high school.

"wanna try this?" her mother grabbed a pretty red dress from the rack and held it up

"sure"
