Prologue ♡

Aditi's POV:

Sign the papers! She said

"I'm not into child marriage Miss Mishra! Shaadi karke mujhe jail bhejne ka irada hai?" He stated as if he doesn't even care about the situation.

"Can't you be serious with me at least for once Avyan!!" Aditi Shouted on top of her lungs and all the employees looked at her with wide eyes as if she had just killed him.

She was the first person who had the audacity to shout at their boss like this and still be alive. If it had been some other person he/she would have been dead by now.

"Calm down my little kitten!" He said looking at her angry cute little pouty lips, thinned brows, soft puffed cheeks and scrunched nose. She was not looking less than a 3 year old kid being angry as if her favourite chocolate is taken away from her. This made it hard for Avyan to control his smile.

"Stop acting as if you are liking this situation and also stop calling me a little kitten all the time. I'm not little anymore and plus get your eyesight checked I'm a human not some animal." She said while rolling her eyes .

"Don't!" He grunted looking at her.

"What??" She asked asked.

"Don't roll your eyes or I have many other ways to make them roll." He said while stepping closer to her, staring deeply into her eyes, their breaths getting mingled with each other.

Aditi's breath got hitched at their close proximity and it took all her nerves to control herself from doing something. It took her sometime to understand his words but when she did her eyes widened and she pushed him away from her and settled on the sofa to drink water and calm herself down.

"Didn't knew you were so dirty minded Mr Chauhan." She exclaimed looking at him with a smirk.

"It only gets dirty when I'm with you. So shouldn't you be responsible for it!" He replied holding a playful smirk on his face.

"I...uhh..I..." feeling loss at words she just spoke out what came into her mind-"being flirty Mr Chauhan? Looks like you have a lot of experience from your past relationships!"

Well sorry to break your hopes but I've never been into any relationships.

"Whatt!!" She asked obviously not in a suttle tone. "You've never been into any relationship?" Aditi was pretty shocked because she knew he has been into a relationship with one of his batchmate.

"Yes. But why are you so shocked?" He countered back being all confused on my reaction.

"Stop lying! I know you were in a relationship." She replied getting all angry, thinking as to why he was lying to her.

"I was never into any relationship Little Kitten. Who the hell are you even talking about?" He asked with a confusion lingering on his face.

"I'm taking about Maya. She was your batchmate right and your girlfriend also!" Aditi replied emphasising on the word girlfriend. She really wanted to know why he wasn't telling her about Maya. She is not going to judge him or do anything to him for his past relationship. They are getting married so she has all the rights to know about it. Even if he is not comfortable talking about it at least he could admit that he was in a relationship.

"Well I think you are mistaken-"

knock knock.

He was going to reply when a lady walked into his cabin who was none other than-

"Maya!" He said looking towards the lady
