It's Surgery Day ! 😬♥️

Thursday November first 2024

** It's now five o clock in the morning and Carina gets up and goes to the bathroom, pees , and then washed her hands and stood up and admired her saggy body for the last time ever... that's what happens when you get pregnant back to back... when she started getting her stomach back to normal again she went back to the hospital and get her ici shot done and it worked so she would be pregnant again.. even though she has a two year gap between Lorenzo and Chloe , and a four gap after that... anyhow... she has a lot of stretch marks and she wants to feel better in her own body again... so her best option was a tummy tuck surgery...

Carina: shhhhh Nicco it's okay, aren't you hungry? What do you want?
Ouhhh you need a fresh diaper huh ? Okay ! I'm going to go change it! Hang on... shhhh it's okay!

** she gets up from her bed and goes to the diaper changing station in her room and changes his diaper.. she gives him kisses and he kisses her back.. he's always been a giggly baby... he's just really happy and kick his feet and arms in the air.. she just loves him so much.. he's the perfect addition to her family... and so is baby Charlotte.. she knows that they are done having babies now... five boys and five girls is the perfect number for them ! **

Carina: okay ! You're all set to go! Hi bambino
Nicco : hrmmm hi momma ! Hrmmmm you beautiful...

Carina: ohhhh thank you! You are beautiful too! Ohhh let's brush your hair now huh !

Nicco : si , I cwazy hair !

Carina: yea you do have crazy bed hair! It's okay ! Look it's all fixed!

Nicco : all better now!

I hungry now momma !

Carina: yea ! What do you want to eat? Breast milk or food?
Nicco : hrmmm momma's milk please!

Carina: alright! Let's go!

** she smiles back at him and gives him more kisses on his cheek and goes to sit down in her bed and has multiple pillows up against her back and she smiles and takes off her pyjamas tank top and starts breastfeeding ... Maya wakes up a little bit later and does the same thing with Charlotte.. now both wives are in bed and they love this moment together with their younger children. Their last boy and their last girl ever! **

Maya : good morning my love!
Carina: hrmmm good morning babe ! How did you sleep last night ?
Maya : I slept okay! You tossed and turned all night huh !

Carina: yea , the nerves are kicking in!

** several hours later everyone was in school and daycare, Maya drove her gorgeous wife to the hospital and she was now registered in , and they were waiting for her to get called in for her surgery.. Maya was holding carina's hands **

Maya : breathe in my love!
Carina: I'm so scared now... ouffff I know I'm going to be in so much pain after this!

10h27 am

Dr. Hawn : Carina Deluca Bishop ?
Carina: yea , I'm ready!
Give me a kiss babe !
Maya : gladly! I will be waiting for you when you're done! Good luck babe!

Dr. Hawn : everything will be done in two or three hours.. you're going to be just fine..
Oh and you're going to need extra help with your recovery.. it's not going to be easy for you or your family.. just letting you know that ma'am !

Maya : we know... but we're ready to help her out with everything...

Dr. Hawn : it's going to be really frustrating for Carina and you're going to have to be really patient with her ....
