Momma has to work !

** Carina has been on standby for a patient's home birth that she's been following for the whole pregnancy and her patient specifically requested that Carina was there at the birth... so Carina talked about it with Maya and Maya understood that she had to continue doing her job, and she knew that she couldn't keep her wife from going to work and help other patients! So It was now 3h48 am and Carina has been called to her patients house! Luckily Maya's parents were there and so we're Skylar and Santiago to help her out with the children... **

3h49 am

Carina : I hate leaving you home alone for i don't know how long.... I'm really sorry Bambina.
Maya: babe it's totally okay I understand... we will be waiting for you at home.. and I will continue doing what we were doing last night... I'm going to be pleasuring you with sex when you get home from this labour and delivery...

Carina: ouhhhh alright ! That's exactly what I needed to motivate myself to go ! I love you so much!

** she kissed her gorgeous wife and newborn baby girl who was sleeping with her hand up and with her little lips open...

Maya : I love you more, be safe on the road please!

Carina: don't send him to daycare, I want to cuddle with him after I get home from this delivery... momma has to go to work now!

Maya : okay I won't ! We love you babe!

**Nicco started crying for his momma **

Carina: I know mi amore , I know.... But I'll be back soon. You're going to stay here with mommy today.

**And Carina headed downstairs with her coffee cup in one hand and keys in the other, along with her phone in the back pocket of her gorgeous work pants... her medical supplies bags and off she went to the patients house.She called her patient Jessica and her husband Max that she was on her way over. **

4h18 am

Carina: uhhh 327 Woodland street? Yep , okay I've got the right address.

**Carina knocked on the door and max opened it and let Carina come in, she had delivered their first child a few years ago... so they kind of knew each other... **

Max : Babe , breathe in and out... deeply, that's it. Good job. Everything will be fine!

Jessica : hrmmmm okay , I ... ohhhh it hurts all the way down my legs!

Carina: that is totally normal! May I check your cervix ?
Jessica: yes you can !

** Carina did the cervical exam and she said that she was getting there slowly **

Max : so how is the family life?
Carina: everything is good, we just welcomed our last baby a week ago! Our fifth daughter... and baby number ten !

Jessica : what? Congratulations! Wait , what are you doing here then , you should be with your newborn baby right now...

Carina: I'm here because you requested my help with your baby... remember! I'm not the type of doctor who sees a patient all through out her pregnancy and abandoned her right when she is in labour.. unless of a family emergency... other than that... I'm always here to help..

Jessica : okay well I personally thank you for being here!
Carina: it's my pleasure! And you're now at four centimetres dilated! That's really good! You should meet your baby really soon... you don't know what you're having correct?

Jessica : that's right! We have a healthy baby boy, he's two years old and he's really energetic and fun !

He's at my parents house right now because baby is coming!
