Taehyun was rinsing his mouth after brushing when his phone started vibrating nonstop. He ignored them and lazily continued his night routine, presuming it was Huening spamming some stupid meme. It was heavily pouring outside with loud thunderbolts and it being Taehyun's favorite weather, the boy didn't give no fuck about anybody anymore. He was going to sleep, curled under his fluffy comforter.
The dings from the device didn't stop as he flickered off the lights. Knitting his brows in annoyance, he picked the phone up from the bed-side table, mentally preparing himself to bash his best friend with a heavy dose of his swear-vocabulary. But, as he turned on the phone, his breath hitched and he gaped like a fish out of water.

Taehyun blushed; deeply; despite the momentary frown that consumed his face after noticing the word 'bro'.
People barely complimented him and if he ever asked one of his friends, "How do I look?", the boy was pretty much every time answered, "Just like a motherfucker." Plus, getting a compliment from the person you admire- or was it a crush? Pfft, whatever- But like earning such a compliment from someone as drop-dead attractive like Beomgyu was something Taehyun was least expecting. And thus, his cheeks were burning. And by burning, he meant burning. He was pretty sure he looked like he had caught a fever.
However, we couldn't let Beomgyu know that how effortlessly he had gotten Taehyun flustered, right? Also, Taehyun wasn't going to give up on the opportunity of pulling his leg because the elder's way of stalking was just totally shameless.
With a lingering playful curve on his lips, he carelessly ignored Huening's account on top of his chat list, which was flooding their chatroom with stupid and humorless reels. He promptly entered his and Beomgyu's chatroom, where the two had probably communicated twice or thrice about some school assignment and hangout stuff.
