I called up the lads and the girls to come visit me the next day. They couldn’t believe what I told them. “So, it’s over for good, right?” Danielle asked me as she was getting me another tissue. I dabbed my eyes and blew my nose. “Yeah, it’s over. By his tone of voice, it’s definatly over”. I tried so hard not to cry again. But it didn’t work. The tears were flowing from my eyes as I tried to get up from the bed. Eleanor pushed me down on the bed again. “No, you need to rest”. She said- acting like I was sick. In that instant, Demi came back with Chocolate Ice Cream. “Here you go. It’s your favorite”. She said handing it to me. “Thanks Demi” I said as I opened the top. They all watched me eat. The lads were totally disgusted and the girls were just sad. “You need a spoon for that?” Niall asked. I shook my head. “I’m fine, Niall. Don’t worry”. Liam got up and tried to find a good movie for me. “We have Love Actually, we have…” I cried. Love Actually was his favorite movie. Liam put down the movie and he continued to find another one. "Here. We have Titanic too." he said. But I cried again. Liam put down the movie, and he sat next to me. "I don't understamd. Why are you so sad?" I saw Danielle give her boyfriend a look. "They were his favorite movies. They used to watch them all the time". She said. Liam had an ah ha moment. "Oh. I see" He said getting up from my bed. Eleanor pulled everyone away from me. "C'mon guys. She needs to rest. Let her get some rest. We'll be back later. OK?" She asked. I nodded my head. "I guess so". I said. They all left me dreaming about how stupid I was to have an argument with the love of my life.
After I slept for most of the afternoon, I decided to watch some TV. While I was watching a show about law, my mother came in. She looked at me and with one instant, she came and she hugged me. "I'm so sorry honey". She said. I felt the tears flow from my eyes, but I didn't want them to flow. So, I wiped them away. "Mom, I wish I could just say sorry to him. But I... I can't" I said. "I can't do anything about it now. He won't talk to me." My mother shook her head. "No, you can call him. He's probably just mad at you. You know how boys are. Especially at this age". I looked at my mother cold. "Mom, you heard what he said 'it's over Angelica.' and he left". Now the tears were flowing and I couldn't make them stop. There was no use. My mom looked at me. "Sweetheart, just because he said that doesn't mean that it is over. Sometimes, me and your father say it's over. But it's really not over". But I wouldn't believe her. "It's over, mom. It's really over". She sighed and got up from the couch. "If you really loved him, you'd call him". And then, she was off. Not saying another word to me. I thought about what she said. "If I really loved him, I'd call him". I repeated. I decided I didn't wanna feel like this anymore. I got up from the couch, got the phone and dialed his number praying to God that he'd answer. "Hello?" I heard a husky voice say on the other line. I took a deep breath. "Harry. Please don't hang up". I said. He automatically responded to me. "Angelica." He said. There was no tone in his voice. It was just dead. "I'm so sorry, honey". I said. He took a deep breath. "I'm sorry too". He said. I was shocked. Did he really just say that he was sorry, I thought. "You're... You're sorry?" I asked. "Yes". he said to me. I was really excited then. My heart felt a lot better. Happy tears were flowing from my eyes now. "Tell you what, meet me at Starbucks in an hour and we can talk about it, OK?" I nodded in agreement. "Yes, absolutley". I said. There was silence on the phone. Finally, he said. "I love you Angelica. I'm sorry, sweetheart". I tried speaking, but I was so happy, I couldn't get the words out. "I love you too". I managed to say. Then I heard the click of the phone. As I hung up, I screamed. My mother came downstairs from changing her clothes. "Good news?" she asked. I nodded.
