Trouble

I woke up to the sound of some engines loudly roaring outside.I opened my eyes and looked out the window .It was still dark outside.Sitting up my eyes wondered around and I didn't see Tom.I heard the engines going off and heard some voices talking outside.My curiosity got the best of me .I got up from the bed my legs making contact with the cold floor sending shivers down my spine.I approached the window and I hid behind the curtains so they couldn't see me peak.

I only saw Bill and two other guys that were in a group together but I couldn't remember their names .The first thing that grabbed my attention were the clothes they were wearing.And on their hip they were holding their masks.They were wearing the same clothes that they were wearing that day when the news showed them in the act.My eyes wondered to Tom's black car but I couldn't see anything the windows were pinch black.Then I focused to what the guys were saying.

"Ich hasse es, wenn sie es uns so schwer machen, den Job zu beenden"Bill said and rubbed the back of his head as I saw the others agreed.

Then my ears were filled with some screams coming from Tom's car .I was kinda terrified.It sounded like a old man's scream.The three boys turned their attention to Tom's car.And then he got out from the driver's seat.He looked tired at some point.His suit or whatever was he wearing was stained with something red I didn't quite figure it out in that moment ...

Holy shit that's blood!

I saw Tom approached the others.He looked at them and sighed as he shook his head and rolled his eyes.

"What is he doing "I asked myself as I followed every move of his .Tom opened the car door and out pulled a man from his hair.His face bleeding,the blood dripping from his nose and mouth.I also saw on the side of his waist his shirt was ripped of and I saw that it was a stab wound.He was loosing so much blood.

I saw as Tom pulled him inside.The poor man was screaming for his life out loud and the terrifying look on his face I'll never forget.As Tom pulled him inside he left a trail of blood behind him .But before Tom disappeared into the house he turned to Bill.

"Bill we made a lot of noise "He said and the man started to scream for help and Tom kicked him and he blacked out."And  maybe she's awake .But change first you have blood on you.I don't want her to get scared and do anything stupid.But if she's asleep don't wake her"Tom said and Bill nodded and he came inside the two other boys following.

"Shit"I cursed under my breath as I sat on the bed and took a comfortable position on the bed and closed my eyes as I waited for Bill to come and check on me and hopefully leaves fast.

But the thing that got me confused was what Tom said.He didn't know that I knew that he was in this type if shit?

That's why he told Bill to change so I didn't suspect a thing?Hasn't Bill told him that I know?

The door opening got me out of my thoughts.As Bill opened the door and the light of the hallway fell on my face slowly.I tried hard to not give myself away that I was awake .The light was annoying me.

"Hey are you awake"Bill whispered.His voice pierced through my ears sending me goosebumps.But I didn't answer.Bill stayed for some seconds and left closing the door behind him.I sat up.
"Finally he left"And I leaned against the head of the bed and looked down at my belly that was slowly growing.

"From all of this you are the only light that warms me "I said as I rubbed my belly .It was the only thing who kept me going.Thinking to be a mom and then give my child the life I never had.

All of the sudden I had the urge to puke .I sat up so fast and went to the bathroom holding my mouth with my hand shut .I fell to the floor the cold tiles against my knees making me shivers.I pulled my hair up with one hand and I puked on the bathroom.

It was a very uncomfortable feeling .I flushed and sat up ,my hand still holding my hair up.I went to the kitchen sink and leaned forward drinking water to wash my mouth and to send away the disgusting taste .Then I washed my face.I turned around and jumped in place when I saw Tom standing there leaned against the door watching me make my every move.

"Shit "I cursed,barely above a whisper.

"Since when were you awake"He asked me and I was frozen for a moment.Should I lie?

"Uhh .I just woke up now because I had the urge to puke"I lied to him .

Tom just smirked as he pushed himself forward and made his way to me.I walked backwards until I hit the wall and I looked at the darkness on his eyes .Not a single emotion.Then the blood on his hand,shirt and pants caught my attention and now I was terrified.Had he killed that poor man .

"You know ,I hate liars"Tom said as he approached me our faces inches away from each other .My eyes wondered between his .I just saw darkness and darkness not anything else.How can a person be so cold and without a soul

"Why do you say that I'm not lying "I said to him
"Tell me the truth were you awake before or now .And don't lie "

The air was thick .My chest rising and dropping fast at his sharp words.
"I ...i was awake when I heard your engines outside and I saw what happened "I said to him .My mouth stopping at every word.Unsure If I should've said all that.

"I know very well that you know what happened to that man.And if you spy on us again I swear you will be next"Tom said and looked at me .His eyes slowly fell down to my waist and then back up to my face .He sighed in anger and let me go .

I got out of the bathroom and he slammed the door shut behind me .I was relieved I still had my head on and it wasn't laying on the floor .I sat on the bed and I fell asleep.

TomPOV
"Shit she saw us.Fuck this wasn't good .In one point I don't want her to stress to much .She might loose the baby.And damn her belly is starting to show ..."

"Fuck Tom why are you worried about that bitch.She's nothing but trouble "

I shook myself away from the thoughts and got undressed and I threw my clothes away and got into the shower...
