::: Hotel HIN, 48 Hours Before the Event :::

The mist clears, and the servant appears. Ayame's eyes shine, amazed that the summoning has been successful. In front of her, a tall, dark-skinned servant with white hair sits with his arm over his knee while looking at her.

Ayame: (Thinking) Incredible, his mere presence commands respect. He is clearly an extremely powerful being, and not only that... Oh my God, he's handsome!

?????: Mmm...

The servant makes a small expression while looking around.

????: Again... But where am I? Hmm, I see. Mexico, a very distant place. The time period seems modern.

Ayame: Wh-wh-where are you looking? Y-y-you should be more polite, don't you see that I just summoned you?

????: I'm sorry, Master.

????: You! What are you doing here?!

The servant's face changes color. He gives a completely genuine shout of shock.

Ayame: Why are you startled? You are very rude.

????: (Thinking) How embarrassing, I think I judged too quickly. It's not her, she just looks a bit like her.

????: I'm sorry, Master. I mistook you for someone else.

Ayame pouts while speaking.

Ayame: You better not have confused me with someone ugly, okay?

????: I'm sorry, Master. Let's start over. I am your servant, you can call me Archer.

Ayame: Archer! So that's your class. Nice to meet you, my name is Ayame. Nice to meet you, Archer.

Archer: Nice to meet you, Master. I hope to meet your expectations.

Ayame extends her hand while smiling.

Ayame: Let's do our best, partner.

Archer: (Smiles) Of course, Master.

::: Popotitlán, Hotel House :::

Amber is looking out the window.

Amber: This city is really beautiful. I wonder where you are, Ayame. I can't help but worry.

(Ring*Ring*Ring* Generic incoming call tone)

Amber: Hello, hello.

Lord El-Melloi II: Hey! Hello, Amber. Are you alright?

Amber: Yes, professor, I'm fine. Why do you ask?

Lord El-Melloi II: No, don't worry, it's nothing. I just don't like the idea of sending you to such a dangerous place under these circumstances. Regarding the Holy Grail War, I sent someone to take responsibility and bring you both back. But for heaven's sake, Amber, don't...

Amber: Ah! What?! It turned off! And the charger, I have to... Ah! IT'S NOT HERE! IT CAN'T BE, I LEFT IT ON THE SUBWAY!

Amber forgot her charger and adapter on the subway. In the end, she ended up in the same situation as her friend Ayame.

::: Popotitlán Bus Station :::

????: Hi, hi.

Lord El-Melloi II: Finally, you answer. I lost communication with Amber. It's very important that you find them and bring them both back safely, understood?

????: Of course, my Lord. Do you not trust one of your best students?

Lord El-Melloi II: Of course, that's why I sent you. Regarding the war, I ask you to be careful. Apparently, there was some kind of information leak. We have learned that there might be mercenaries involved in this.

????: Wow, things are going to be tougher than I thought.

Lord El-Melloi II: We have to keep the situation under control. I'll send reinforcements to handle any incidents. We must avoid any incident that could anger the governments or the church.

????: What kind of reinforcements, professor?

Lord El-Melloi II: Don't rely on them to help you fight in the war or anything like that. But if things get out of control, they can help you minimize the damage. As soon as everything is ready and they can arrive, I'll let you know. Meanwhile, try to keep everything under control until then.

????: Thank you, professor.

Lord El-Melloi II: I'm counting on you, Erick.

::: Presidential Suite at the Holy Hotel, Popotitlán :::

The room is dark. Only a small lamp lights the place. On a couch sits Aaron, who calmly smokes a cigarette and watches the night sky from the terrace.

????: Everything is ready, boss.

Aaron: Perfect. Remember that tomorrow will be a day of vital importance. We need to get the most out of that party. The invitation was sent by a kid. We have to be on high alert. It will be very dangerous.

????: Why do you think that, sir?

Aaron: Always expect the worst. I know you don't know this, but you're my second-in-command, Carlos, and you need to know this. Mages are cunning and deceitful people. Isn't it suspicious to invite multiple mages to your house to participate in a deathmatch and offer as a prize the most coveted object in the history of the world?

Carlos: What do you mean, sir?

Aaron's face reflects great seriousness. Usually, he looks calm and carefree. But he seems to be really thinking about the situation he's in.

Aaron: We have to be very careful. That kid may be either very stupid or very smart, the damn bastard. Not to mention there could be someone else behind all this.

Carlos: Do you think the event is a trap, sir?

Aaron: I couldn't say if it's a trap. But it's strange that, having the ability to get something so valuable, he exposes it to people like this. I mean, it's very likely that the guy needs all those mages to perform his ritual. And if the ritual is real, it means he will have some way to have an advantage over the others. In other words, we have to assume that everything is planned to give the hosts the victory. That's why we're here, to make him lose that advantage. We need to position our pieces long before they manage to do so.

Carlos: And that would be by taking them by surprise, right?

Aaron: That's right. But it has to be at the exact and precise moment. We need to have everything coldly calculated and take the most advantage of that event.

Carlos: Don't worry, boss. We know how dangerous this mission is, and we're willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish it. You know we'd die for you, boss.

Aaron: I know. For now, remember to rest, because tomorrow hell will be waiting for us.
