Have lived a fair amount of years to not believe in wishes anymore- but what do I do when one does come true?
I was a lone survivor making my way in life when your love hit me like a moving train. The thoughts that stayed as thoughts resurfaced as sentences you formed with me. Stars aligned and the universe let out a giggle- 'What if you were wishing for each other all these while?'
Searched for you in every stranger that my heart faced no trouble recognizing you when you showed up.
Though I am not well-versed in the chapter on 'Love', I am aware that it is much more than a feeling. It is a decision- a promise- and I promise to get it right this time, as in this city of the anguished, blessed am I to find my Angel on Earth.
