After grabbing her Algebra book and putting it in her bag, Mackenzie closed her locker. She let out a sigh, playing with the end of her ponytail. "I'm so tired." She mumbled at Briana who stood beside the LaRusso with her Algebra book in her arms.
"Me too, I didn't get like any sleep last night" Briana told her.
"At least we only have like two more classes left." Mackenzie stated as her and Briana started walking towards the library where Miguel, Demitri, and Eli were waiting for them. Right now the group had a free period that they would often use for studying or where they would just hang out.
"Oh! I forgot to tell you." Mackenzie recalled, "You know how my dad has that new billboard?"
Briana nodded her head, "Yeah, what about it?"
"My mom texted me earlier and said that someone spray painted a dick onto his face." Mackenzie laughed.
Briana gasped, "Seriously?"
"As serious as Sirius Black." Mackenzie quipped with a smile. Briana rolled her eyes at her friend's comment, know the love that Mackenzie had for the character. Briana opened the door to the library before taking a seat beside Eli while Mackenzie sat across from Miguel.
"So, that's it? No more karate?" Demitri asked Miguel as Mackenzie pulled her Algebra book out before dropping it on the table.
"Wait... what happened? Why aren't you doing karate anymore?" Mackenzie asked as Miguel lifted his head up so that the two girls could see his face and his black eye.
