Mother?

Miyake blinked for a moment, and instead of being the star he once remembered himself as, he was in a mortal(ish) body.

He looked down at his hands, plural, that is. Miyake lost an arm. How could he be in his human body if he had lost an arm? Human limbs didn't just grow back.

The space around him was deafening. Silent, bright white, and endless. It was too vague to be anything like he remembered heaven being.

Heaven was warm, welcoming, and spiritual. This place was... well... nothing. There was no aura, no meaning, nothing.

Miyake glanced around, still nothing, "What the hell?"

"Quite the contrary, Miyake." Hades spoke up from the center of the room.

Miyake narrowed his eyes, standing up from his kneeling position, he scoffed, "What's going on, Hades? Coming to bring me back to life again?"

"Listen," Miyake sighed, "I deserved that death. A human such as me should've never been resurrected as many times as I was. Let me rest."

Hades rolled his eyes. His... human... eyes? Hades was different. Every time they appeared in Miyake's mind, the Gods were fragments. Spirits, you could say.

They had no form, no aura, and no body. They were mere shadows, fragments, or a vision of what the Gods really were.

This form of Hades, he was human looking. He had a face, he had real eyes, he looked human. Hades was tall, of course he would be.

Hades had the brightest blue eyes, sharp features on his pale complexion, and dark hair.

Miyake paused, gazing him over, "Wait a minute."

Hades smirked, "Not so confident now, are we, Miyake?" Then, he pursed his lips, "There's a lot left to be explained, just follow me."

"Damn right there is." Miyake muttered under his breath, finding it odd how his human legs felt after being an angel for so long.

Miyake, having trust in Hades before and it never going wrong, followed the God once more through the vast nothingness of whatever this place was.

At one point, Miyake felt impatient and curious.

"Hades?" Miyake called out, "What is this place? And... why am I here?"

"Well, kid." Hades chuckled, raising his arms and gesturing to the nothingness, "This place is your soul. I'm guiding you out of it."

Miyake immediately halted in his tracks, "Wait. My soul? Why is there nothing in it?"

Then, Miyake turned defensive, "Why are you trying to take me out of it?"

Hades sighed, stopping as well, turning to face Miyake, "I've never harmed you before, why would I now?"

"This place is nothing because you are nothing, currently, that is." Hades explained with a calm tone, "Your soul always contained our pieces, now that you are dead, there's nothing here for you."

He scoffed, "And can't you just trust me? I'm getting you out of here for the better, I promise."

"What if I'm okay where I'm at right now?" Miyake asked tenderly, wondering if he needed to, if he could actually stand a chance against Hades.

Hades paused, and remained silent. He didn't try to reassure Miyake, he didn't even try to speak to him at all, he just continued on his way.

Miyake contemplated not moving, just stay in this nothingness forever. But with the way Hades seemed fairly convinced this was good, Miyake slowly moved his first foot.

And in an array of footsteps, Miyake ran after Hades. The nothingness became brighter, the silence became comfortable, and the vision of Hades disappeared.

That was, until they walked onto gold tiles. Hades glanced up at the gigantic golden trimmed doorway, and he shook his head.

"Hades, what the fuck is this?" Miyake puzzedly looked up at the mountain of a kingdom, "Actually, WHERE is this?"

"This," Hades pointed at the doorway, "is Mt. Olympus. The Gods are waiting for you."

"Hold on, hold on, hold on." Miyake shook his head, "No way I'm going in there!"

Hades shrugged, bringing his slender fingers up to a snapping formation. In the blink of a moment, and the clap of a sudden snap, they were through the doors, faced with a congregation of Gods.

Miyake didn't care that he was in the presence of God's, he was already dead anyway. Then his eyes narrowed, Rengoku and Uzui were still alive though, or they better be.

Hades tilted his head at his brother, Zeus, who appeared mellow, "Zeus, I've brought him, as you've wanted."

"This is fucked." Miyake mumbled flatly, his cold eyes glancing over the Gods.

Hades, Zeus, Aprhodite, Apollo, Athena, Artemis, Poseidon, Ares, Hermes, and Presephone, all sitting in a conference form.

Miyake thinned his lips, realizing his mother wasn't there. Not that he wanted her to be. It was just revealed to him that he was a disgrace child of Hera anyway, so he assumed she wanted nothing with him.

It didn't matter to Miyake, not anymore, at least. However, the fact that Miyake still searched for her made him think that perhaps he did care.

Miyake scoffed, tilting his head mockingly at Zeus, "Hah? Did they finally castrate you?"

"Miyake."

Miyake froze, the voice was melodic, calm, yet authoritative. Miyake didn't move, he didn't turn around when her hand was placed on his shoulder.

Miyake didn't listen to her voice, he didn't care to. Miyake grit his teeth, grabbing her wrist and shoving it off himself with a scoff.

"Hera." Hades murmured, brows furrowed as he watched Miyake with worry in his eyes.

Hera, with long, curly blonde hair and the prettiest caramel skin, with freckles painted over her body, bright gold eyes, and a white dress on, frowned at Miyake.

"My son-"

Miyake sneered at the woman, finally glancing into her softening gaze, "You are no mother of mine."
