It was nice outside. The gentle breeze, the sounds of borbo's rolling through the grass, and the wonderfu-

*Wake up*

Josh's eyes jerk open as his body rapidly flails around, resulting in him falling out of his bed. He looks around his room, wondering where that voice came from.

"Joshua, if you don't come down this instant I swear!"

"Y-Yes, Mom!" Josh replies, maybe the voice was just his mom's. How strange.

Stumbling out of bed, Josh hurriedly went downstairs into the kitchen to avoid his mother's wrath.

"You overslept, didn't you? And on your special day too nonetheless!"

A special day... Why does that sound so familiar..?

Josh thought about it but ultimately shrugged it off, deja Vu is quite the phenomenon. Question upon question with no answer in sight.

"Sit down and eat your breakfast" His mom said, holding a ladle.

*Your head*

Josh suddenly jerks his arms over his head, as if expecting to be struck by the ladle. Why did he do that? And what was the voice he heard?

After that weird interaction, Josh went about his day as normal. Walking to the Doodle laboratory, Josh spots a blond haired boy wearing a blue vest walk out of the Doodle Laboratory with an older man in a suit beside him.

"Strange," Josh thought, "where have I seen him before..?"

Strange, weird, odd. It was clear to Josh that today was definitely not normal. Almost as if he lived through this day more than once...

Josh dismissed the thought, maybe this was just another example of association bias. Maybe today really IS a good day. A *special* day.

It still didn't explain that weird voice he heard.

As he reached the Doodle Laboratory's front doors he pushed them open and saw the professor talking to someone.

...

*Remember*

Various images flashed before his eyes. Josh felt hate, envy, inferiority as he saw this person. But was it truly a person?

The room felt colder, darker. Josh felt his hair rising, he was getting anxious. But why? Why was he feeling like this? Why was he unable to look away?

Josh stared at it, the more he looked; the harder it was to understand.

*His attitude, the way he walked with his head high, and a smile plastered on his face for the whole world to see.*

"The voice... It's back..."

*He wished he was like him. Josh wanted to walk like he knew how to walk. Josh wanted to raise his head high and mighty as if to show the world itself that he's ready for anything.*

"Stop... Get out..."

*Josh couldn't do that, he couldn't do anything that guy could.*

"Why... Are you reminding me...?"

*And he despised him for it.*

"Stop..." His legs buckled under the weight of his body, he fell to the ground.

"No... More..." He pleads, tears streaking down his face. He claws at his head, pulling at his hair.
