018. national champions. (real life) (a quick lil chap i threw tgt)
Uconn beat Iowa two days ago, which i knew they would succeed in doing. Today is the last round, and they have to go against South Carolina. my heart is actually in my ass. SC is undefeated, and they're good as fuck. UConn may be able to keep up but i really have no idea if they'll win this one.
Aubrey still isn't playing because of an injury. but that just means i can watch my girl sit on the bench and look good. sounds fun, right?
Kai, Nolan and Nella are with me still. we had to drive to Cleveland, Ohio early in the damn morning to make it. Kailyn's too busy biting her fingers, i think she's feeling how i feel right now. anxious asf.
Nolan and Nella are too busy playing a game with each other on roblox since the game hadn't started yet.
"Take those sunglasses off." I heard someone say above me, i looked up from my phone and saw Aubrey and Azzi standing by Kailyn's seat. they both had on their blue uconn sweatsuits.
"No thanks, it's too bright in here. you know i already can't see." I said to Aubrey, she reached over and snatched them off my face, and put them on hers.
"I will be wearing these on the bench. how i look?" Aubrey did a few poses with the glasses on.
"You look hideous." Nolan mumbled beside me, i slapped his shoulder cause he tends to be rude to people for no reason.
"and you look like a toddler. why your mustache aint come in yet? you're almost 16." Aubrey rebutted, sitting down in the seat front of us. Azzi was sitting on the step beside Kailyn, talking to her.
Nolan took offense to her words, "You don't see these hairs right here?" he asked, pointing above his lip. he tried to show aubrey, nella and I but.. we saw nothing really.
"I'm not seeing anything." Nella muttered.
Nolan gaped at her, "W-We're done."
"we're done?" Nella repeated, trying not to laugh. Nolan nodded his head rapidly. we heard a whistle blow and looked to the court to see Geno waving Aubrey and Azzi over.
The game was about to begin. (i'm not writing a whole game. got me fucked up!)
