Ivy had followed the butterfly for a total of what she guessed was around an hour and a half, although she knew herself she wasn't a reliable source.
The creature eventually stopped, ending the journey as it landed on a branch. Ivy furrowed her eyebrows, confused. She looked away from the butterfly to observe her surroundings, seeing nothing out of the ordinary.
Except for the shape of the branches in front of her, that is. There were two trees beside each other, but the strange part was each tree having one small branch that shot out from the middle, connecting with the tree behind it. It seemed to form some sort of door, both out of place branches twisting around each other.
The butterfly remained where it was, clearly finished as it stayed upon the branch. Ivy looked from it to the supposed door, taking in a deep breath and letting it out as she crouched to go through the invisible door, closing her eyes.

Raven didn't know how long she had been traveling. Her best guess was around an hour and a half, but she was losing her mind. She shivered despite the sweater protecting her from the cold, her throat and nose burned from the cool air she was breathing, and she started to drag her feet, losing energy.
She looked up from the ground, and in the distance, she could see colorful lights. Squares, either green, pink, yellow, or blue, were on the ground.
At the sight, she quickened her pace until she broke into a run, a wave of energy suddenly washing over her.
The girl reached the lights after a few minutes, realizing that it was way larger when you were close up. Each square was around 3 feet wide, and there were nine tiles, split into rows of three.
Not knowing what to do, the thirteen year old stepped onto one of the tiles, making them all turn grey, the lights turning off. Raven furrowed her eyebrows in confusion, and the emotion only increased when the tile in the middle lit up.

Ivy opened her eyes to find herself in a strange looking meadow. The meadow was split into four, each fourth having a different kind of flower flooding the ground. It was surreal. It was in perfect, even pieces. To Ivy's left, one-fourth was covered with white flowers. In the middle were yellow, then light blue flowers, and to Ivy's right, pink flowers. The meadow seemed to just suddenly stop after the flowers, everything else just being a blue sky with eerily perfect clouds. It was like if she walked off of the field, she'd just fall. The air felt empty. Like there wasn't really an atmosphere, and she was just… there.
The redhead turned around to the door that was…
Not there anymore.
She turned back around.
Ivy made her way over to the edge of the garden, putting a hand out to test for some kind of invisible barrier, but there was nothing. If she stepped off, she'd fall. Although, she didn't know what would happen. Maybe she was supposed to?
The teenager crouched, moving to sit on her knees. She reached an arm out, dangling it over the edge to see if there was some kind of reachable end, but there wasn't. At least, not one that she found.
She jumped to sit up, whipping her head towards the source when she heard a loud mechanical whirring. Her lips parted in shock, and her eyes widened when she saw what was happening to the sky.

Raven went to stand on the square in the middle, which was lit red, and the only one lit. Her eyebrows furrowed, panic rising inside of her when the tiles around her moved. They slid away from her, leaving darkness where they once were. The girl almost completely lost her balance, yelping in surprise when the tile she was on suddenly started to rise, bringing her up into the cold air. When it came to a stop, she almost fell again, but managed to keep her balance.
The girl could see her breath as she looked down at the darkness below her, which was soon replaced with more grey squares that rose from the black inky nothingness. Once they filled the space, there were twenty-five squares total, lined in rows of five. The other tiles started to rise, reaching Raven's elevation as the girl stood there, confused and helpless.
After a moment, the tile to the girl's right lit red. Puzzled, she hopped to the square, just for another one to light up, this one two squares away.
This was another memory game.
