I need to know, before I possibly write anything I'll end up throwing away minutes later....
There's going to possibly be sex scenes in this fanfic, and we're pretty far into it, to the point where one might be coming up soon.
So... what kind of level of "lemon" Do you guys prefer the most?
Level 1: Mild, very censored, will only describe passionate kissing before immediate fade to black.
Level: 2 Frank's Red Hot, will mention kissing, and clothes being removed, but will cut away the second the 'ding-a-ling-ding' is about to come out.
Level 3: Spicy, will mention kissing, clothes being removed, nude bodies, sweat, and very common positions, but will cut away before the 'climax'.
Level 4: Pretty much Smut, will describe kissing, clothes being removed, nude bodies, sweat, dirty talk, the very vulgar names of certain parts of the body, the works. Nothing will be censored. Will go through the entire scene and only end when the two lovers fall asleep.
In my mind, the original idea was going to be 2 or 3, but I understand that some people aren't as comfortable with the mention of sex as much as they are with the mention of gore.
I was going to tag it, so anyone who is uncomfortable will just skip that part, but I still don't really know my audience that well.
However, of course, whatever level it is, it will appeal to Wattpad's 2024 guidelines, meaning that I'm not going to explicitly show certain types of sexual content that I might have to include for plot purposes and character growth. Also, ages will be kept in mind.
