VAMPIRE'S PREY

CHAPTER 3

After driving for around 20 minutes,I entered my house and straight went to my room... not bothering to meet my parents as I was hella tired and had feaver too.... After keeping that book in my almirah...I had my madicine and went to bed without having my dinner and told my mom that I am not hungry....I woke up next morning , did my routine I was tying my hair when mom showed up...
(Mom) - hey Lily you woke up early today... Um btw come down for breakfast after you are done...( And With that she left)...

I went down and saw mom and dad sitting on table waiting for me...
(Dad) - hey Lily Good morning....come have a seat...( I settle down and dad asked me the question which I was sure about to be asked by one of them).... Umm... Lily when did you came home last night... you didn't meet us?....
(Lily) - Dad I was just so tired that I didn't had any energy to talk and to meet you guys so that's why.....
(Mom) - Ohh Lily, take care of yourself I know that the job you chose is difficult and need all concentration but you need to take care of yourself too.... Ur understanding what I'm trying to say...
(Lily) - Yaa mom I'll take care of myself don't worry ok?....( Ohh mom how do I tell you that it's not because of my job but because of yesterday.. I hope everything gets well soon)....
(Dad) - Ok ladies I am done I need to leave for office and maybe it will be late tonight...I have a client to attend and a important meating tooo and honey today you also need to come as some paper work isleft to do.... Ok be fast hmm?...
(Mom) - Ooo not again (sign)... Well then fine it looks like I don't have any other option....
(Dad) - Well that's true...(Haha)
(Lily) - Ok mom I am also done I am going to my room.....

And with that I went to my room... I decided not to go today to hospital as I am still felling weak... And the fear is not letting me go anywhere....
I decided once mom and dad will leave I will read that book.....

It was around 9:10 and dad and mom left...I told them that today I don't feel well so I'm not going and they agreed....

I hurriedly went back and took the book out....

This book is so old and I don't even know that weather the ink is still on the pages or not....
However I opened the book and the pictures on the first page of the book made my eyes widened...
