Clicks and clacks of heels echoed through the corridors as the headmaster walked ahead of them fast.
She was struggling to walk but with the help of the Yuuken bless him- she tried, and somehow she still managed to somehow trip over her feet every step of the way. How was she going to walk all the way to wherever they were going without getting injured first?!
As they walked forward the only thing that lit up the corridors were torches lit with green fire. The unicorn had seen red fire, even blue fire from the cat but never green. It looked like the Greek fire she overheard about from the townspeople talking about between themselves.
There had been a war going on at that time and the creation of Greek fire was somehow discovered and was used during it. Bringing victory to the country and its people. Not that the unicorn really cared.
They were walking for ages. She had counted the amount of doors they had passed by, while they had been walking and the number she counted up to now was not a nice number. They had walked past 35 doors. 35!
Not only was she huffing from the long walk, but even Yuuken beside her looked tired out from helping her walk AND walking by himself as well. Oh how embarrassed and she felt as the boy helped her walk forward holding her arms and her waist.
She had not even met the human not minutes ago and here he is already helping her like he knew her for days. It gave a nick to her ego just a bit.
It was tiring and to add to that, the absolute disaster of an entrance ceremony that had happened not some minutes ago.
The magic spells, the fire-breathing cat, and turning into a human....god she couldn't believe she was a human right now. Looking back at her hands she wished that she was still a unicorn like before.
She missed walking on four legs, walking in human legs was a pain! Everytime time she even took a step something or another would happen and she would fall and it was painful! She missed her strong body that gave her equilibrium whenever she stood up, unlike this small and fragile one that did nothing but make her fall. Most of all she missed her horn. She slowly brought one of her hands up to her forehead where her horn was supposed to be. The only thing left there was a small bump that replaced her horn.
She can accept being chased by people with magic pens, she could accept being targeted by a fire cat, she even accepts the fact that she had been turned in to a human a while ago but she could never accept the disappearance of her horn. It was the only trait on her that could identify her as a unicorn.
