11. Facetimeing

It's been a week since Taejun and Jungkook became best friends. It was impossible for them to meet during the week because Taejun had her trainings and Jungkook needed to write his lyrics for the new song.

They actually missed each other. Thankfully, the both of them had exchanged phone numbers and would text each other on how their day went.

Jungkook got teased a lot by his brothers on how he became so close to Taejun quickly. He had told all that had happened and his brothers were happy at the development.

Who would have thought that the shy and introverted Jungkook would actually be the one to become friends with the little girl first.

They were sure that those two together would be like the mischievous duo.

It was Friday evening and Taejun had just had dinner with the other trainees and had taken a warm shower. Picking out a Ben 10 pyjama, she lay on her soft bed to call her family and as usual the call ran for almost 2 hours.

When she was done, she decided to text Jungkook but on second thought, she chose to Facetime him on her laptop.

Meanwhile...Jungkook was in the dorms with the others sitting round the dining table about to have dinner which of course was being made by Jin. While the others were talking and laughing, Yoongi was on his phone while Jungkook was contemplating if he should text his little friend or FaceTime her.

Just when he was about to grab his phone to text her, the phone vibrated and a song sang by his band mates came out. Confused, he picked the phone and was surprised to see it was his little friend whose name he saved as 'Little Jun' was facetimeing him. He almost panicked thinking he was seeing wrong and rubbed his eyes to be sure and the name was still showing.

"Who's calling you kook?" Jimin asked him.

"Yeah, and why ain't you picking up?" Namjoon asked him because he felt distracted by the constant ringing.

"I...it's Taejun. She's facetimeing me" Jungkook dropped. Everyone immediately scrambled from their seats urging him to pick up. Jin was already out of the kitchen wanting to know what they were doing.

Hobi immediately gave him his laptop and he connected his phone to it. Everyone immediately went quiet when Jin signalled them to.

Jungkook then pressed on the answer button and the little girl's face adorned with a cute smile, bright eyes and I'm a Ben 10 pyjama was waving at him.

"Pfft! Hahahahahaha" Jungkook didn't know when he burst out laughing. Taejun being very quick witted knew the reason for his daughter and Faked a pout.

"Yaaa! Stop laughing at my cute pj's" Her tiny voice shouted at him. The boys were really envious of Jungkook now. Only him gets to see the little cutie everyday.

"I'm sorry. You looked so...like a boy. How can a girl like Ben 10?" Jungkook had stopped laughing and was simply giggling.

"How can a girl not like Ben 10?" Taejun said and started using a gruff voice to sing the opening theme song of Ben 10 making Jungkook laugh even more.

"You're a clown Junnie. Say, how was training today and why's your face red?" Jungkook looked closer to the screen.

"Ah! Training was good and I just had a warm bath or at least that what I thought. The water was hot and I almost got cooked" Taejun said.

"You have to be careful of things like that. You didn't hurt yourself, did you?" Jungkook was worried.

"No, I'm good. I have thick skin" Taejun smiled and Jungkook laughed.
