𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓹𝓽𝓮𝓻 2[the day Areum meets Eun-hyuk]

Areum pov:

        As I entered the university, I felt excited to start my journey today in remembrance of my brother, who was always fond of attending medical school and then becoming a doctor. I caught sight of an adorable boy who immediately caught my attention. I knew I had to concentrate on my studies and didn't have time to fall in love. I walked into the school hall where the gathering for welcomes was. I entered the hall, found a seat, and sat down. The guy that caught my attention was sitting next to me, so I was shocked to see him there. I thought, "WOW! This seems like a dream come true." "What's your name?" he asked to start a conversation.

"My name is Kim Areum," I replied. Hearing my name, he complimented me on how nice my name sounded. "Thank you, "I said. I asked him what his name was. "My name is Lee Eun-hyuk. I hope to become friends with you," he replied and asked. I accepted the offer to become friends. After the welcome, we were given our dorm keys. Eun-hyuk was sitting beside me, so we were in the same dorm. "This is fate, guys. I'm so excited." I thought

"My name is Kim Areum." Hearing my name, he complimented me on how nice my name sounded. I replied with a thank you, and he asked, What's your name?" "My name is Lee Eun-hyuk. I hope to become friends with you," he replied and asked. I accepted the offer to become friends. After the welcome, we were given our dorm keys. Eun-hyuk was sitting beside me, so we were in the same dorm. "This is fate, guys. I'm so excited." I thought to myself

It had already been a year in SNU, and Eun-hyuk and I still lived in the same dorm. The teachers are unlikely to change the roommates at all. I have learned a lot of things about him as we lived in the same dorm and were in the same class for all the subjects. He even showed me a picture of his sister, Eun-yu. They never got along well; they would constantly fight, but to admit, Eun-yu is extremely gorgeous. She got expelled from school, and since Eun-hyuk had told me that Eun-yu hoped to become a ballerina. Therefore I asked, "Why didn't she get into another school or at least go to a ballet class?" He answered that ever since their parents passed away while they were young, life has been very complicated as they didn't have enough money. Eun-hyuk worked his butt off so that Eun-hyuk could go to medical school and Eun-yu could at least go to a ballet class, but Eun-yu told him to stop working so hard. Eunyu told him to go to the medical school, and she will just stay at home. I saw that Eun-hyuk was about to burst out in tears, as it was really hard to take in that their parents left them when they were ever young and the aunties only took care of them until 16, so Eun-hyuk had to go and work.

Eun-hyuk pov:

    "Oppa, it's okay; you go and achieve your dream." I can just stay at home. I promise I will be able to take care of myself, and I don't need you to apply for a ballet class anymore." Eun-yu said as I was stressing myself about how I was going to afford everything. After processing what she had just said, I was shocked that Eun-yu would give up her dream just for me to enter medical school. I was so happy that I immediately hugged her, but she pushed me away, as was expected.

   Walking into the school, I felt these pairs of eyes staring at me. I turned behind and saw a girl staring at me, looking like she had just seen her idol after so many years of praying, but she immediately turned away. I didn't know the reason why she did that. We had to assemble at the hall, so I went up the stairs and finally saw the hall. I walked in and saw the same girl who was staring at me, so I took the opportunity to sit beside her. She turned and looked at me and immediately looked back in front; she looked like she was in deep thought. I found it awkward, so I asked her what her name was, as I wanted to be her friend and get to know her more. "Kim Areum." She said I found her name nice, so I complimented her. "What's your name?" she asked. "Lee Eun-hyuk, I hope we can be great friends," I said and asked. She immediately accepted my offer; it was like she had been hoping to be friends when she first saw me. We were then given our keys no long after the welcome, and since I and Areum were sitting together, we were living in the same dorm. When Areum realized that we were in the same dorm, she was deep in another world.

It has already been a year, and Areum told me that she didn't think that the teachers were going to ever change the roommates. Since we were in the same classes for all the subjects, we were indeed so close that even some people thought we were a couple. Areum and I got very close with each other, so we opened up to each other whenever we had problems, I told Areum my past. While opening up to her, I suddenly felt a tear dripping down until I came to my senses to realised I was about to burst out in tears. Areum had seen that I was about to burst out in tears and quickly hugged me to comfort me. My heart started to beat more quickly. I became clear about my feelings for her. Her lovely scent made me feel as though all of my worries had disappeared. Afterwards, we dozed off on my bed together; it felt so relaxing to sleep in her arms. It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.

The next day, I woke up seeing Areum sleeping so soundly that I didn't want to disturb her, so I carefully got out of bed and got ready so I was ready for my lesson. After a few minutes, Areum woke up and said, "Good morning; did you have a good sleep last night?" When she asked, I replied that I had a great night's sleep. Areum changed into her school clothes and got ready for lessons. Since we were in the same classes, we walked to class together and took seats next to one another.

The day was finally about to end; we were on our last lesson of the day. After the last lesson finished, we went back to the dorm, completed our homework, and finally, I took a shower. Then, me and Areum went to bed to get some rest as we were both exhausted. After taking a one-hour nap, I woke up and noticed that Areum was sleeping so comfortably and peacefully across from me. Given that I was still tired and wanted to continue sleeping, I went to her bed and hugged her until I fell asleep.

Areum pov:

After about three hours, I woke up as I wanted to start revising, but I was trapped. I turned to see Eun-hyuk hugging me and sleeping so peacefully. He was so adorable, that anyone could fall in love with him at first glance. Shortly after, he woke up and stared at me. After a while, he stopped staring at me and said, "Hmm, had a good sleep? I guess you missed my touch from yesterday because you were hugging me so peacefully, huh? I asked while I was still playing with his hair, and I giggled to see him blush; he was indeed so adorable. He was surprised by my sudden flirtation, as I had never done that before. We stayed in that position for a while before we both went to revise.

After about 2 hours of revising, we had a conversation before going to bed, and he had a video call with Eun-yu to see how she was doing at home alone. She told him that she was okay and that there was a new neighbour named Cha Hyun-su. Eun-hyuk told Eun-yu that he wanted to introduce someone. He gave me his phone, and when I saw Eun-yu's face, I immediately introduced myself. Eun-yu looked like she had just seen her favourite idol. Eun-yu looked stunned and said, "Unnie, you are so beautiful." I told her how she looked gorgeous. Looking at someone who might end up being Eun-yu's best friend made Eun-hyuk extremely happy. Eun-yu requested that her brother give me her number so she could text me more often. Eun-hyuk then sent me EUn-yu's mobile number; I saved her contact information, and we were able to get to know one another better. Me and Eun-yu had often started texting each other that Eun-hyuk somehow seemed jealous although we were just friends.
