After entering the apartment, they assisted me in unpacking my belongings while we chatted, a conversation that lasted nearly two hours. Eun-yu asked me if I could teach her ballet after we finished unpacking. "Sure, why not? I replied. I had studied ballet when I was younger, and I told Eun-yu last time if we ever met I would teach her. Since I had just moved in, Eun-hyuk felt jealous of his sister. He wanted to spend time with me, but his sister asked if I could teach her right away. I told Eun-yu to go prepare in her room while I spoke with Eun-hyuk. I pull Eun-hyuk into the room and explain why I should hang out with Eun-yu for a while after I moved in to not have a misunderstanding.

"Eun-hyuk I understand that you want me to spend time with you, but I have never spent time with Eun-yu. The last time we were video-calling together, I made a promise to her that I would teach her ballet, so please let us spend a few hours together. I'll spend the following few days with you." To Eun-hyuk, I said. "Okay, then have fun. I will see you guys on the rooftop later," Eun-hyuk said. I gave him a nod before going to put on my point shoes, then headed to the rooftop to meet Eun-yu. When I reached the rooftop, I saw a guy close to the edge looking like he wanted to commit suicide, but I didn't think much about it as I didn't want to assume. I went to Eun-yu and showed her the dance she would be learning today.

After Eun-yu watched the video, I began teaching her the first move of the dance. I was amazed at how quickly she picked it up in just five minutes; she had already mastered the first part of the dance. I wanted to see how well Eun-yu could perform in just thirty minutes, so after what seemed like thirty minutes, I told her to try to dance the entire song by herself.

I was taken aback by Eun-yu's performance, given that it lasted only thirty minutes. I gave her a round of applause and told her how stunned I was by her performance—and when I say amazing, I mean AMAZING. She asked if I could teach her another since we still had time. I gave in to her request and chose a more difficult dance to test her skills.

I taught her the dance after showing it to her; however, it took us approximately one hour and thirty minutes to learn, which was to be expected because the dance was advanced and difficult for non-professionals to learn quickly.

Eun-yu performed the advanced dance. She had made a few mistakes, but that's okay given that learning the dance wasn't easy. When I was younger, learning the entire dance took me some time.

Not long after I watched Eun-yu dance, Eun-hyuk appeared. He brought us drinks, knowing that Eun-yu would be worn out by now. But as I watched Eun-hyuk approach us, the man who had just caught my eye when I got to the rooftop was still there, seated in a certain spot. Then, out of curiosity, I approached him and asked why he had spent so much time on the rooftop. "I merely needed some clean air," he answered. I gave him a nod before returning to the siblings. When Eun-hyuk asked who that guy was, I told him I didn't know and he just caught my eye because he was standing so close to the edge that it looked like he was ready to jump off."He's the new neighbour that I was talking about. I think he had a horrible past; he doesn't look like he has a good past," replied Eun-yu.

Time skipped to the week later.

Just before we left the house to spend the day together, Eun-hyuk had given Eun-yu some money for whatever she needed to buy. We headed to the elevator when we left the apartment, but we discovered it was out of bounds, so we had to go down the stairs. When Eun-hyuk realized how many stairs he had to go down, he complained. "Do you want me to carry you then?" I asked jokefully. "Yes, if you can carry my weight," he said in response to my humor. He chuckled when I gave him an intense look. We eventually arrived at the lobby on the first floor after a short while. When Eun-hyuk and I noticed that so many people had gathered, we became curious and attempted to ask people what had happened, but they refused to respond.

Before then, a woman, Seo Yi-kyeong, approached us and asked if our phone had data. When we attempted to call someone, a loud ring appeared instead. "It seems like we don't have any data either. What's going on?" I asked her a question, and after answering her question, she turned to leave without responding to my question. After calling her back, Eun-hyuk said, "Hey, we asked you a question." "I'm not sure as well. When I came down, I heard commotions. The parking lot and the back door are also locked; it seems like the world is about to end." Yi-kyeong stated as she turned back to look at us. After hearing what she had just said, Eun-hyuk and I became extremely annoyed. We didn't even get a chance to spend much time together, and now the world is about to end.

I heard someone mention that there was a monster upstairs, so after giving it a while, I realized that Eun-yu was still upstairs and that it wasn't safe. I told Eun-hyuk that I was going to head upstairs to bring her down. "No, don't go; she will be safe upstairs; she wouldn't leave the house for sure." With a voice like that, it sounded like he was pleading with me to stay downstairs, Eun-hyuk said. Suddenly we heard an uncle screaming as the door was chained. Yi-kyeong tried to kick the door open but failed to, so Eun-hyuk took a fire extinguisher to break the chain open.

Once the door opened, Yi-kyeong rushed to use the phone to call for help, but the line was too busy, so it didn't work. The uncle, Seok-Hyun, went to go and find the button to open the main gate but accidentally pressed the wrong button, which ended the phone line. When Yi-kyeong realized what Seok-Hyun had done, she was frustrated. Seok-Hyun turned to his side and saw another button machine and thought this must be it. Then he shouted, "I found the main gate switch!" The younger guy, Noh Byung-il, gave him a thumbs up.

The gates suddenly opened, revealing a monster that was so big that anyone could even move due to shock. Everyone was still standing. I then realized what Seok-hyun had done; he was also shocked that his lips turned pale. I had no time to yell as the monster was getting closer to us.

Using the fire extinguisher he had just used to open the door, Eun-hyuk immediately sprayed at the monster and yelled at the uncle to close the gate, but Seok-Hyun was still in shock and didn't hear him. I then pulled Seok-hyun into the control room and asked him which button was. After he had shown me which one it was, I pressed the button, but Eun-hyuk's fire extinguisher ran out, so before the monster could attack Eun-hyuk, I quickly rushed out of the control room and pushed the monster, hitting the glass door. Then I realized that the glass had pierced my leg. But as the gates were about to close, Eun-hyuk instructed me to get back quickly, so I used all of my energy to get up and run back, but the monster was too fast and made me fall somehow. I knew that I couldn't die like this in front of Eun-hyuk. Thankfully, I was able to return before Eun-hyuk's energy ran out from preventing the door from shutting.

When I ran back into the apartment and sat down at a wall. When I opened my eyes, Eun-Hyuk was running over to me, asking if I was alright and displaying a worried expression. "Yes, I'm alright," I replied, gritting my teeth as I removed the glass from my leg. Yi-kyeong came to my side, examined my leg, and dressed it. She didn't seem like the kind of person who belonged in a fire department; instead, she seemed more like a doctor. After that, Eun-hyuk carried me somewhere to rest because I couldn't walk too far since it would worsen my injury. I heard Seok-Hyun complaining about what the government was doing when Eun-hyuk left to go to the lobby. "They are making every effort, but we shouldn't expect very much." Yi-kyeong answered. "What exactly do you mean they're trying their best? They're not trying their best if they can't get rid of 1 monster, right?" According to Seok-hyun, Eun-hyuk became annoyed with his excessive talking and remarked, "It's not just one, it's tons."

Curious, I decided to head to the lobby when I heard a guy shout that the internet was back and the government was making an announcement. Just then, Eun-hyuk noticed me and came to my aid. "We are trying our best, but there are just too many of the monsters—those who have nosebleeds, headaches, or are acting up weirdly—you have to be quarantined immediately." The last thing the government said before a girl wearing a black suit shot him, and he began bleeding from the nose.
