Before going down to the lobby, we spoke for a while while sitting on a bench on the rooftop. Sang-Wook was there when we went down the stairs to the lobby. "Do you want to follow us to the lobby together?" I asked. "Sure," he answered back. Together, we walked down the stairs and arrived at the lobby. Upon arriving at the lobby, Yoon-Jae was sharing two boxes of snacks with us. But as we got closer to him, Sang-wook recognised him, went up to him, and punched him in the face. The other residents stopped him and asked what he was doing. He simply went somewhere else because he was too frustrated to respond. When Yoon-Jae stood back up, he noticed that the three of us were standing together and offered us the box's contents of snacks. Eun-yu went to the box and took a bunch of snacks for herself before we approached the control room, but Eun-hyuk and I politely declined.

When we arrived at the control room, she was eating her snack all sitting on the floor, but I warned her not to eat everything at once; if not, she would have a severe stomach ache. She nodded, but she didn't stop eating the snacks until the very end. We had just finished resting when we heard something going on outside the control room, so we went outside to find out why. We witnessed Cha Jin-ok, a woman, sobbing uncontrollably as her hands reached out, and I glanced in that direction.

I assumed that the young girl running towards the apartment in her school uniform was the daughter she had been referring to. We didn't realize that someone had barged into the control room to save her daughter because of the commotion. I couldn't move for some reason, but even though it was a good deed but definitely too risky, we were all just praying that her daughter would enter the building unharmed. However, Jin-ok told her to get back up and keep running after she fell because of her exhaustion. One of the residents, a soldier, also ran out of the apartment when the young girl was running, as she was moving too slowly, so he wanted to piggyback to assist her, but we were all startled when a monster that we were unaware was hiding somewhere suddenly pierced through both of them. "SOMEONE CLOSE THE GATES NOW!" I yelled, but no one responded, so I hurried to close them.

It was lucky that the gates closed before the monster could enter, but it was still heartbreaking to see them both lying there lifelessly. Jin-Ok fell to the ground and began sobbing uncontrollably. I mean, who wouldn't be devastated to have their daughter right in front of them lying lifelessly? I helped her up, moved her to a different location, and gave her a cup of water to give her time to calm down and rest.

Once she calmed down, I told her that she could spend some alone time before being allowed to leave the room when she felt better. We were going to look for monsters upstairs after we left and see if we could locate any other residents that we had missed that day. With our weapons in our hands, Ji-su, Jae-heon, and Hyun-su followed me upstairs. We eventually came across a massive monster and a woman lying on the ground. Not too long afterward, Hyun-su spoke up. "The kids..." he said, but the kids couldn't hear him because it sounded too muffled. "Kids, hurry run!" The children fled to somewhere safe, but we noticed that the children had fled to a safe area. We also noticed that the woman on the ground had said something before being trampled by the monster. However, we were unable to hear her words. When we had enough of seeing her get trampled, we all grabbed our weapons and aimed at the monster. The monster went somewhere else, as the amount of time we targeted the monster was too painful. Then I turned to check on the woman, and I saw that her face was covered in blood. "Are the kids okay?" she asked. I nodded in response. Suddenly, there was a thump, and when we turned to look to the left, Hyun-su had passed out. I believe this was caused by how traumatizing it was.

We discovered a flat where the door was unlocked, so we brought the kids, Hyun-Su, and the woman to the apartment. But before entering, I heard a sound inside and carefully opened the door to see Du-sik, a resident. He was holding a strange, but creative, kind of gun. He slowly lowered it. I asked if we could stay here for a little before we all headed back down to the lobby. He nodded and allowed us to go in, but he raised his gun once more upon noticing the woman. "She got hit multiple times by a monster we encountered just now. We are not sure whether she is infected, but can we quarantine her somewhere in your house for now?" When I asked, he nodded. Du-Sik brought me to the room that we could use to quarantine her. Hyun-su soon opened his eyes after I went to see him. However, he began bleeding from the nose abruptly when I went to check on him.

Ji-Su was going to hit Hyun-su with her bat when Jae-heon pulled me back. "Stop, don't do it." Ji-Su was told by Jae-heon. "Why? What would happen if he changed? He fainted and got a nosebleed. With a frustrated tone, she asked. "Even if he changes, it is not God's will for you to kill him." Ji-su didn't know how to respond to him, so she just stood silently while Jae-heon looked over Hyun-su. "He looks fine, but I think he would need to be quarantined." I nodded in response to what Jae-heon said. We went downstairs, and after telling Eun-hyuk about Hyun-su, I took Hyun-su to the quarantine room before returning to where Eun-hyuk was. It appeared that they were having a meeting. "Perhaps he changes what we will do," Seok-Hyun asked. "That's the reason I'm gathering you guys to vote on whether to throw him out or keep him in." I turned to face him in disbelief and asked him what he was doing, but he just kept talking without answering. "If you want him to get kicked out, put an X; if you want him to stay, put an O," Eun-hyuk said

"Why do we have to do a vote? Why can't we just raise our hands? I want him out." Seok-Hyun looked around and raised his hands in demand. When his wife didn't raise her hand, he yelled at her, "What are you doing? Raise your hands." He was going to hit her when I ran over to him and grabbed his hands. "How dare you talk to your wife like this? You're so disrespectful." I told him, but he just glared at me and had nothing to say.
