Chapter 8 -Werewolves are real

After dinner my mom let me process all the information she was talking about werewolves. She said we moved so we can stay closer to my aunts pack. It's was around 7:45. I decided to put on my sports bra and shorts to go to the boxing arena. I told my mom were I was going. She said to be careful because when I turn into a werewolf I would gain super human strength.

I started walking when I felt like someone was following me. I turned around. There was a black figure. I turned back around and started running. I saw the boxing arena. I slowed down. I turned around and there was no more black figures. Ok, I was safe for now.

I saw Cruz, Lenny, and Jenny. They were all talking. I reached them and we walked inside.
"So are you gonna fight?"
"Oh hell yes."
"Well your are going to need a trainer so I will volunteer."
"Cool"
The guys in the ring were throwing punches and kicks everywhere. The guy on the left threw a punch and got the guy to go on his knees.

"Will anyone care to go against the rogue?"
"I will"
"You will but you are just a girl"
"They said that last time with the phantom and I beat him."
"Well isn't this a nice surprise the newcomer "The Vicious Tiger" decided to come"
"Yes I did"
I went up to the ring. I got in my fighting position. So did the rogue.
The bell rang. We started by circling around each other. The he started throwing punches. He missed a couple and landed some on me but they weren't hard. I waited until he tried to kick me and grabbed his arm put him in the corner and punched him repeatedly in the face and stomach. I swiped his legs from under him and he fell on his knees. Everyone cheered for me. I'm guessing after my first fight the towns people love me. I got off the ring and went over to my friends.
"I didn't know you boxed" Lenny said.
"Yeah you were amazing" Jenny said while jumping up and down.
"Yeah after training you will become more stronger and faster." Cruz said.
I thought for a moment. Mom taught me how to figure out if people are werewolves. You either test their strength or make them run.
"Hey Cruz and girls do you want to go on a run with me?"
"Yeah sure" they all said.
We started running and since I was still human I went in my human speed. They were all ahead of me. I asked them a question.
"Do you guys ever wish you were werewolves?"
They looked at each other with wide eyes. They started talking to each other. Then they looked at me.
"Yeah we wish but they are not real." Cruz said.
"Cut the act I know you guys are werewolves."
"What how?"
"My family is a powerful pack. We are healers."
"Whoa I never met one before."
"That's because we always had to hide. I moved because we needed to be closer to my aunts pack. It's full of Mexicans in my family. That's how I know."
"That's cool. Well you should know that the whole is full of werewolves maybe from your pack and our pack and some rogues."
"Well what pack are you from?"
"We are from Blue Moon Pack. Our alpha is Xavier Miller. I am the beta and our third is Jonathan Lightfoot."
"Well that's nice. We are costing my aunts pack tomorrow if you want to come."
"Yeah sure!"
"I should tell you that Cruz is my brother." Lenny said.
"Wait what!"
"Yeah"
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"Well he is annoying and didn't want me to tell anyone who is and outsider."
"Oh. This is so awesome we are all friends!"
