Isha and Ishaan were getting ready in their respective rooms when Sriti informed them that Bhaiya ji (Shantanu) had come to meet them. Isha felt both happy and sad. She got ready and came outside to see Ishaan talking with Shantanu. Ishaan saw Isha and gave them space by moving aside. Isha approached Shantanu and stood there.
— Umm... Flight kaab ka hai?
— Saare baara baje ka.
— Accha.
Shantanu stood silent. Isha became irritated and asked,
— Or kuch kehena hai yeah nahi?
Shantanu was surprised... Why she is so angry? He knew Isha too well.
— Tum thik ho na?
— Ha. Mein car mein baithti hu.
Isha took a few steps, then suddenly felt her body losing balance. She fell into Shantanu's arms, resting on his chest, and was wrapped in a warm embrace. Shantanu became tense and surprised. He touched her cheek and called out,
— Isha, Isha... Kya hua?
Sriti, Ishaan came running after hearing Shantanu's voice.
— Mam, kya hua? Shit... Kya hua?
— Pata nahi. Gadi mein baith rahi hu boli and then... Pehele andar le chalna hoga.
Without waiting for a response, Shantanu carried Isha inside, laid her on the bed, and sprinkled water on her face. After a few moments, she regained consciousness and tried to sit up. Shantanu gently helped her sit.
— Kya hua mam? Tabiyat kharab thi to bol sakti thi na aap mujhe...
— Ishaan, waisa kuch nahi hua hai. Its nothing. Hum ghar jayenge na... Tum gadi bulao, jaana hoga.
— But mam...
— Ishaan, zara bahar jao. I need to talk with Isha.
Shantanu's words made Ishaan happy and Isha surprised. Sriti had no clue so Ishaan took her out. As soon as he closed the door, Shantanu asked,
— Periods kaab hua?
Isha became too surprised. She never thought that Shantanu will understand her without anything. Watching her surprised face, Shantanu said,
— Tumhe kya laga mein nahi samjhunga? Mood Swings, tabiyat kharab hona... Itna buddhu thkdi na hu!
Isha said nothing. She suddenly hugged him without thinking anything. She wanted him only. Nothing else was important for him. Shantanu carcassed on her hair silently. Then said,
— Dawai khana padhega na! Dard horaha hai pet mein...
Isha nodded her head. Shantanu stood up and said,
— Kya dawai khaati ho abb? Bolo, mein la deta hu...
Isha said the name and then Shantanu went outside. Ishaan came inside.
— Aapne khana taak nahi khaya... Mam, itni careless kyu hai aap?
— Ishaan...
— Khana khaiye plzz... Shantanu Sir ne bola hai ki agar aap khana nahi khayenge to woh dawai bhi nahi denge...
— Ishaan...
In the mean time, Shantanu came inside.
— Sir, mam khana nahi kha rahi hai!
Ishaan complainted. Shantanu said,
— Atul ko call lagao. Pati se daant khane ke baad hi manenge yeah mam.
Neither Ishaan nor Isha expected this answer. Isha became more irritated and said,
— Tum Atul se itna pyaar karte ho pata hi nahi tha... Meri jagah tum hi usse shaadi kar lete, better hota. Mujhe nahi khana khana hai or nahi dawai. Bhad mein jao saab.
Ishaan silently left the room. Shantanu knew he did a blunder. He came and sat beside her. Then said,
— Uska naam sunte hi tum kyu gussa ho jaati ho!
— Tum nahi samjhoge...
— Mein to kuch nahi samajhta. Filhaal khana kha lo plz.
— Nahi bola na...
— Isha, Kehe raha hu na...
Isha was forced to eat the food. Though she loved this, she loved to see the caring Shantanu back. She wanted more but he made her sleep.

He saw Shantanu carrying Isha in his arms. He was angry like hell. He stood near the wall and started punching the wall until his hands bled.
— Ahhhhh! Woh meri haiiii... Baas meri. How dare this guy is. Haar waqt Isha ke aage piche ghumta hai or abhi to utha bhi liya. I will kill this guy. I will kill. Abb yea nahi bachega. Isko abb iska bap bhi nahi bacha payega. Dr. Shantanu Bhosle, apki maut chal ke aarahi hai apke paas! Be ready.
