5 months later

Azalea woke up and looked around her surroundings until she saw Muichiro sleeping on the chair while holding her hand.

"What happened?" Azalea thought.

As she continue to stare at the ceiling, she didn't notice that Muichiro's awake. When he saw Azalea sitting on her bed, he immediately pulled her in a hug that snapped her out of her trance.

"Mui," Azalea called, as she hugged him back.

Muichiro broke the hug and cup her face.

"When did you wake up?" Muichiro asked.

"Few minutes ago," Azalea answered, smiling at him.

"Glad you're finally awake, Lea."

"What happened? How long was I out?" she queried.

"You suddenly lost conciousness during the war. We thought we're gonna lose you but Kocho-san said that you were drained and lost some blood. And it's been 5 months since you were asleep. I'm glad you finally woke up," Muichiro explained.

Azalea nod her head until she saw the the door opening and Giyuu entered the room.

"Hey, Nii-chan" Azalea greeted.

Giyuu was surprised to hear her voice but he immediately approached her bed and hugged her.

"Any pain?" Giyuu asked worriedly.

"I'm fine, Nii-chan."

They talk for a while until Shinobu entered the room and checked on her. When she saw that Azalea can get out of bed, she let her leave with Giyuu and Muichiro.

A week after Azalea woke up, she decided to visit Kagaya so Giyuu and Muichiro decided to go with her. As they got there, they saw the others standing outside the porch and they were glad to see Azalea.

"Hey guys," she greeted.

"What are you doing here?" Giyuu asked.

"Oyakata-sama called for a meeting," Obanai answered.

Azalea then saw Kagaya walking with Amane and there children to meet them. So she ran towards them and hugged Kagaya. He was surprised but then he smiled when he saw that it was Azalea.

"Glad to see you, my child" Kagaya said.

"Sorry if I only came to see you now. I just woke up last week," Azalea informed.

"It's alright, child."

Azalea sat in front while Kagaya's two daughters braided her hair as he sat in front of the Hashiras with Amane and his other children joined Azalea.

"I'm glad to see all of you. You fought well and I guess this will be the last time that we will see each other like this. Thank you for your service," Kagaya said then bowed.
