Epi 6. The Arrival of the Mysterious Co-inhabitant

Character Introduction and Description

Ha-eun

Introduction: The protagonist who encounters a strange fish after starting her independent life.

Description: Ha-eun is independent and enjoys living freely in her own space. She tries to remain calm in unexpected situations, but this incident throws her into great confusion.

Mysterious Man

Introduction: A man who Ha-eun discovers in her bathtub, transformed from the fish she found.

Description: He is very handsome with a sweet, low-pitched voice. He behaves like a human, often teasing and scaring Ha-eun in a playful manner.

Synopsis

Ha-eun wakes up to her first morning in her new home, relishing her freedom as she plays music. However, she is startled by a sudden noise and rushes to the computer room to find a mysterious fish. She places the fish in the bathtub and feels momentarily relieved, but is shocked when the fish swallows a candy and the bathtub water starts to bubble.

After preparing dinner, Ha-eun returns to the bathroom only to find a large man lying in the tub, causing her to panic. Terrified, Ha-eun runs to her room, but the man follows her, teasing and scaring her. Though she is briefly calmed by the man's sweet voice, she remains uneasy. Ha-eun eventually throws clothes to the man, telling him to get dressed, and retreats to her room to fetch a lollipop. The man snatches the lollipop from her, prompting Ha-eun to angrily snatch it back.

Main Text

Ha-eun closed her eyes tightly, afraid that the fish that swallowed the candy might choke and die. The fish, as if to mock her, jumped out of the water again.

Suddenly, the water in the bathtub started to bubble. Surprised, Ha-eun's eyes widened, and she watched in shock. But then, nothing happened.

Immediately, Ha-eun drained the possibly contaminated water from the bathtub and went out of the bathroom to prepare dinner.

The water on the wooden floor had long dried up, so Ha-eun started mopping the floor again to remove the water stains. Dinner was delayed until around 8 PM, making it a late meal. After eating, Ha-eun headed to the bathroom to take a shower.

As soon as she opened the bathroom door, she saw a large object. It seemed to sit up when it heard the door open.

Startled, Ha-eun covered her eyes and sprinted to her room to hide. She could hear the slow footsteps of someone, or something, approaching as if it knew she was hiding in her room.

Thump- Thump- Thump-

At that moment, Ha-eun felt an unprecedented fear. Something that looked like a human, with long hair and a male form, had been lying in the bathtub and sat up when she entered. This made it even more terrifying.

Ha-eun thought, "It can't be a burglar, right?" She slightly opened the door, and a hand slipped in. Without thinking, she fell backward in shock instead of trying to defend herself, and the figure entered her room.

Since it had just gotten out of the bathtub, water was dripping from its body, but the floor wasn't getting wet at all.

Too scared to look at it, Ha-eun stared at the floor and asked who it was. The figure lowered itself, making Ha-eun look up at its face.

The moment Ha-eun saw its face, she was stunned by its mysterious and incredibly handsome appearance.

"Gasp!"
