Hey, guys so thank you for all the reads. This chapter is a little short but anyways. Its about Cotillion, were Harry ask Uma to Cotillion. If you have any more ideas please comment them down below.
Yesterday we came back from our trip. For me, the trip was chaotic, but it ended pretty well.
"Guys, next week Friday there is going Cotillion," Evie said. "Like we're you dance and eat and stuff like that?" I asked. "Yes, but it's magical, and Uma now you'll have someone that you really love and that loves you without a spell to go with. (She was referring to the time I spelled Ben last Cotillion) "Yeah," I said.
"Has he asked you to go?" Evie asked. "No, I'm not sure if he even knows what it's about," I said. "I'll tell him later," Evie said. "Okay," I said. I went to the cafeteria to go and grab something to eat. Harry was training with Jay for another sword-fighting match on Thursday.
I was sitting at the table, then Gil came and sat at the same table. "Hey, Gil," I said. "Hey, Uma, I know that I did something totally wrong, but I was wondering if you'd want to go to Cotilion with me as a date?" Gil asked. I looked at him as if he didn't know me and Harry were dating...... oh yeah, I totally forgot to tell him.
"Uh, I'm sorry Gil but-". "You're going with Harry, aren't you? You're not even dating him. Why do you hang out with him so much?" Gil said. "That's the thing. On Friday, Harry told me he loved me, and I told him I felt the same way. So yeah, don't be mad, but yeah, we're dating, " I said. Gil was shocked for words. "How could you date him and not me?" Gil asked. "I don't know, I'm just attracted to him more, " I said.
"I'm going," Gil said, furious. "I'm sorry-" I said, but he left. I was there for a while, thinking about the situation. If Harry and I weren't dating, then my friendship between me and Gil wouldn't end, but I've felt so happy with dating Harry, and Gil was a jerk.
I wasn't going to stop dating the love of my life just for Gil. I kept thinking until someone's hands were rapped around my waist from behind me. I easily knew who it was. "Hi, Harry," I said. "Hey, my captain," Harry said. "How's it going?" he asked. "Just a while ago, not good," I said.
Harry took his hands off from behind my waist and sat down beside me. "What's wrong?" he said, worried. "It's just that Gil isn't friends with me anymore because I'm dating you, which I wouldn't change for anything, but you know," I said. "Hey, it's alright, sometimes you'll lose friends. Gil has been a jerk anyways, and you have other friends who care about you, and you also have me, " Harry said. "Yeah, thanks," I said before I kissed him on the lips.
"So how was practice?" I asked. "You should've come. It was amazing," Harry said. "I promise you that next time, I will definitely come watch you," I said before touching his cheek and giving him a light kiss on the cheek.

It was Wednesday today. I had a bunch of classes, but I'd skip one of those classes to watch Harry at his practice. His match is tomorrow. Right now, I'm coming with Evie and Mal to watch them find their Cotillion dress. "Hey, Uma, has Harry asked you to Cotillion as yet?" Evie asked. "No," I said. "Well, maybe he's planning something to ask you," Evie said. "Yeah, maybe," I said. "Anyways, so what dress are you looking for?" I asked. "I'm going blue," Evie said. "I'm going either purple or Auradon colors," Mal said.
"Hey, Uma, if you were going to go to Cotillion, what color dress would you wear?" Evie asked. "I don't know, probably turquoise or teal," I said. "Good choice," Evie said.
Evie & Mal's dress fitting was over, but not only was it over, but school was also done for the day, so I could really just relax in my dorm right now. I decided to why not just go on my phone. "Uma, can you come, please?" Harriett hook said. (She's Harry's eldest sibling). "Yeah, sure," I said. We both walked out of the room and went in the hall. "So, what's up?" I asked. "Oh, you'll see, just wait a second," Harriet said. "But, first, I have to put a blind fold on you," she said. "Uhh, okay," I said.
I could feel her hands guiding me somewhere. It was now obvious that she wanted to show me something, but what did she want to show me? She kept leading me to somewhere. When she stopped leading, she said, "Okay, stop walking for a second." I was so confused at this point, I mean, what could she be doing. "Okay, take the blindfold off now," she instructed. I took the blind fold off & I saw Harry standing in front of me. He was wearing black pants, a black blazer, and a red & white shirt under the blazer. There was a bunch of rose pedals surrounding us, Harry also had a rose in his hand. "Har-" I said before getting interrupted by Harry putting his finger on my mouth indicating me to shush. "Uma, I know we just started dating but I also want to be your Cotillion date. Captain, will you make me the happiest first mate and be my date to Cotillion?" He asked.
No way this was my first time being asked to go to Cotillion and my first time going without me putting anyone under a spell. "Of course, Harry, of course I want to be your Cotillion date" I said. I could see him smiling. After he kissed me and I kissed back. I cant believe I was going to Cotillion with him.
Okay guys ik it was short but its because I was getting bored of writing this chapter & I also didn't have much thought process for this one but I have a great idea for Chapter 8. Comment down below for some more ideas if you have any.
