CHAPTER 12 - SHE MISSES HER

BIG BIG BIG TRIGGER WARNING - ABUSE , MISCARRIAGE

Vivian noticed a switch in Siobhan's mood. Every now and then Siobhan would push Vivian away. Never in a "I want to break up" way. She would just ignore Vivian and stay in bed on her side. Vivian knew that at times like this she just needed to give Siobhan space. The only time Vivian would ever touch her was when they were going to sleep because she knew that without her touch, Siobhan would not fall asleep.

However, this time round.. It seems a lot worse. Siobhan is extra distant and doesn't want to be touched when going to bed, meaning sleepless nights. Vivian found Siobhan in the bathroom the next morning staring at her almost naked body, in the mirror. Siobhan had tears streaming down her eyes, watching her chest every now and then quickly shoot up and down showing she was holding her cries in. She watched as Siobhan lightly glided her hand over every mark and flaw that now lays across her body because of R*ger. The scars, the dark pigmentation. Siobhan couldn't help but cup her hand around her neck where his hands once laid.

Siobhan then found herself holding her stomach. The stomach that once carried R*ger's child. She never knew if she was going to tell him that she was pregnant with his child, she didn't know whether she was going to keep it. She couldn't do that to the child. R*ger already put herself and the siblings through enough.. what was he capable of if it was our child? She never got a chance to properly decide because one night, R*ger had beaten her up pretty badly, making her be knocked unconscious for about an hour.

Vivian slowly walked over to Siobhan wrapping her arms around her waist, holding her hands on her stomach. Siobhan pushed Vivian's hands off her. Vivian knew she may have crossed the line, but she was only trying to help. She missed her.

Vivian sighed as she went to go walk out of the bathroom to resume cleaning the kitchen after making breakfast, until she heard Siobhan speak for the first time in 2 days.

"Vivi?"

"Yes darling?"

"Come back here"

Vivian loved the nickname 'Vivi' that Siobhan made up for her, although Vivian knows that Siobhan uses it when she's upset, making herself kind of child-like. It still made butterflies run fill her stomach every time she heard it.
