CHAPTER 6 : KING COBRA

"Holly!" Dad called. "Can you do me a favour?"

"Sure what is it?" I asked politely smiling unaware of the shit my dad was about to tell me I was meant to do.

"Can you go and watch the Cobra Kai session." He paused. "Before you say anything I spoke to his Sensei and he's allowed you to sit and listen in."

"Why?"

"So nobody gets into fights and stuff." Dad said.

"Fine." I finally accepted.

We arrived at the dojo as normal but this time I sat in the corner and just played a mobile game on my phone. It was some game about candy and it was crushing.

Nobody really noticed me apart from the occasional glare from Tory but I shook it off. They were just shit talking Miyagi-Do and bragging about the fight.

Soon a hushed silence fell over the dojo as a familiar face appeared at the door. It was Kyler and his friends. Jason looked shell-shocked.

"Sensei." Hawk began. "I don't think these guys are Cobra Kai materiel."

Kreese stared directly at Hawk with a piercing gaze.

"Weren't you the one saying we needed new recruits?" Kreese responded.

"Well, yeah. But..." Hawk stuttered out. "Look I know some of these guys and they're-"

"Natural Athletes." Kreese corrected. "Which is exactly what's been missing from our dojo. Everyone, fall in."

Noticing everyone was doing their lesson I grabbed my bag and went to the car. It was boring just sitting there waiting for something interesting to happen. I mean it was strange to see the old Eli being shown when he saw Kyler.

"I can't believe it." Jason shouted as he got into the car. "Sensei is actually allowing Kyler to join!"

"Wasn't he your friend?" I asked.

"Not anymore." Jason scoffed. "I would never be friends with that bitch."

"If you hate Sensei Kreese and Kyler that much why don't you quit?" I said raising an eyebrow.

"What dojo would I go?" Jason questioned. "Miyagi-Do probably hates me."

"You could ask Rae to-"

"Don't even." Jason said. "I know you're teasing me by making everything about my crush on Rae."

"Fine." I finally said turning on the radio where the song 'I Still Believe' came on.

"How was it?" Uncle Holland asked both of us. I shook my head towards him trying to signal that the question was stupid.

"Terrible." Jason spat. He ran upstairs and seemed to be texting someone. I'm presuming it was the same person as last night. Hopefully whoever he is texting is someone who can support him. Wait I am his sister I'll just check his WhatsApp on his laptop.

So I snuck into his room and opened his laptop. I checked his WhatsApp and he was getting therapy from...Rae?

"Holy Shit." My Dad cursed. I could tell he was angry. Whatever the text he just read was it seemed to really be pissing him off.

"What happened?" I asked him.

"Kreese unleashed a snake in Daniel's car dealership." He said coldly. "Jason come here.

Jason ran down the stairs and looked at Dad. "Yeah?" He asked.

"You're quitting Cobra Kai."

"Why?" Jason questioned.

"Your Sensei is a psycho."
