Shadow work

Hello!! So as you know, one of my main goals is to heal my inner child, and I will do this through shadow work. I found this 30-day shadow work challenge that I had saved a last year, but I never did it. Better late than never ! The concept is to answer one question per day. I haven't looked at all the questions too closely, but they should be good. Here they are:

1. How do you honestly feel today?

2. Write yourself a letter. What would you say to the child you were?

3. Identify the emotions that came up the most in your letter. where do they come from? how were they created? do you still feel them? are you still angry, sad, disappointed ? if yes, why? write them down.

4.What is your relationship with your parents, your siblings, your family? How was it in during your childhood compared to now? Why?

5. What was your dream as a child? Is it still the same? If not, what made you change your mind?

6. What is one thing you know you have to let go of? A person, a situation, a habit...

7. What emotions are you currently ignoring? Why do they scare you? What do you think will happen if you face them?

8. Why do you think you have trouble trusting others? If you do have trouble, where do you think it comes from?

9. Are you entirely confident in yourself? If not, why?

10. Is it difficult for you to ask for help? if yes, why?

11. Why do you think you don't deserve success/love/abundance..?

12. What is your relation with failure like? what is the definition of failure to you? does it scare you? if yes, why? where does that come from?

13. what is your relation with money? do you love it, hate it? why?

14. what is a situation that has hurt you the most, but in the end was a good lesson?

15. what is the worst adjective someone could use to describe you? why does that word hurt you?

16. What is the best criticism you have received?

17. Do you feel privileged? What is the thing you take for granted with no recognition?

18. Do you see the cup half-full or half-empty?

19. How do you feel when you are alone with yourself, with your thoughts?

20. What are the things you envy about others that you would like to have? Why do you not have them?

21. Write 5 mental things that you like about yourself.

22. What are the things that make you happy?

23. What is your best memory?

24. What is the thing you are most proud of? Why?

25. What are the values that really matter to you?

26. What is your passion? Why does it make you happy?

27. If no one was watching, if no one could judge you, if the fear of the unknown and of change didn't exist, what would you do right now?

28. Imagine the person you would like to be in the future. What are the actions you could take from now to become that person?

29. What are your goals this year?

30. Write 10 things you are grateful for.
