It was now early in the morning, Sirzechs and Katsu both awoke from their slumbers in Katsu's bedroom. Cracking his back, Sirzechs rose up from the bed and quickly set it back to a normal state and turned to face his brother.
"Well I gotta admit, that was probably one of the best rest's I have had in a long time. You better get ready for today little brother, you have open house later and you better make sure you're at your best or our mother won't let you live it down" Sirzechs said with a chuckle as he turned to leave the bedroom.
"Right right I got it" Katsu said in a sleepy voice as he rubbed his eyes from the interrupted nap. After quickly changing, Katsu went back into the living room of his apartment and began some breakfast. Placing the toast into the toaster, he made sure to gently tap onto Asia's room in order to wake her up. By the time he was buttering his toast. Asia had made her way out of her room fully dressed with her blonde hair laid out beautifully. As Asia began to eat the shared breakfast that Katsu had made, a thought began to ring about the Nekoshou's mind.
"I really should tell Koneko to move in with me at this point. But it seems like every single time I try, some supernatural or otherworldly bullshit always interrupts me from doing so. Still, I wonder how open house will go. And more importantly, today is the day I can finally see my mom after her attack. I hope she's well" Katsu thought to himself. He was then quickly surprised by 2 arms wrapping around him from behind.
"See you at school Katty~" Koneko said in a happy tone of voice, as she gave him a quick kiss on the cheek before leaving out of the room to head over to Kuoh Academy. Katsu turned to look at Asia, he could see her cute face contort into a pout for a split second, before reverting back to normal. Moving over, Katsu made sure to make Asia feel a little better by giving her a gentle pat on the shoulder.
"Hey Asia, can you make sure that Rias, Sirzechs and Gray Gray are all set to go?" Katsu asked, Asia happily nodded her head and left to go do just that. After a while, Everyone was outside ready to go do whatever it is they needed to do.
"Well Katsu this is where we must part for now. I will see you at open house later in the day. Rias is gonna give me and Grayfia a good tour around Kuoh, get a lay of the land if you will." Sirzechs said with a smile and wave
"Remember, we are strictly on business until we get our tasks done" Grayfia reminded him with her trademark icy glare. Sirzechs chuckled and held his wife's hand, much to her embarrassment. The threesome wandered off, leaving Asia and Katsu to wander over to Kuoh Academy by themselves.
"So I hear Xenovia is most likely gonna be late for school huh?" Katsu spoke casually as he and Asia waited at a traffic light for the thing to turn green.
"She said that she was going to stay up all night studying for school. Poor thing, I bet she must be absolutely exhausted. Still, I checked up on her earlier today and shes awake with a smile. So I guess no matter how exhausted she is, she is determined to try her best. I love that about her" Asia replied with a smile, envying on how confident and hands on Xenovia was (in more ways than one)
"Man it's glad to see that despite meeting on not so favorable terms, Asia and Xenovia can be friends. Asia deserves more friends, she's been through a lot more then multiple people put together it seems. Still though... I feel weird, almost as if something is wrong" Katsu thought to himself as the gates of Kuoh Academy came into view.
"You are not wrong on that assessment Young One... It's him... The White Dragon Emperor approaches. Be ready to meet him, I can feel his presence." Ddraig cautioned.
