At early dawn, 6am sharp, a familiar rockstar was already up with a sleepy melon woman..looking through Melony's laptop in the hang out room, sitting on the couch. "Why are we doing this at this time again?" Melony mumbles, rubbing her eyes very tiredly. "It's.....the least we can do...beside the sooner we find the culprit..the sooner I can kick some ass! Been a while since I've done that" Saiko said as she keeps looking through the laptop. "Do you even know what you're even doing?" Melony asks as she slowly rubs her eyes again..but this time to stay awake. "Um-...no-...but how hard can it be???" Saiko asks..before continuing what she was doing.
"SMG4 did say that it could be someone new...and it could be a hacker so...we have no idea if-.." Melony stops when Saiko cut her off. "So what? Ok, MAYBE I don't know what to do..but it's-...the others already been through a lot...with this Mr Puzzles guy...it's the best we can do to make up for the time we missed out" Saiko said, as she gently sigh and rubs her eyes slowly. She keeps on doing her best to find the missing files..but she can't find anything important to her knowledge which she groans and tries to smack the laptop, but Melony quickly grabs the laptop.
"How about I take over?....just for now?" Melony asks with a nervous chuckle as Saiko just sigh and sits down. "Fine" she said, before Melony starts looking over her laptop. Saiko was just sitting down..went to grab her song journal from her room and begin to write stuff down. "Whatcha thinking of?" Melony asks, looking at Saiko who looks back at her. "Hm?...just some song lyrics for the KS-2...nothing too big...I'm suppose to meet Kaizo next week to get the song ready up and so" Saiko said calmly as she write more on her journal, "..Anything yet?" She asks which Melony shakes her head no. "Nothing...." She said which Saiko sighs...then she shut her journal.
"Hey...Melony..." Saiko said, which Melony stops once she hear her name being mention as she turns to face Saiko, "...can I....ask you a question?" She asks, while Melony looks at her with a small worried tone and just nodded. "How....do you ever feel-.......have you-......" Saiko just turns around for a bit, before she takes a deep breath. "Do you-....ever feel like you're not....that you don't...like you d-...do you ever feel like you..don't belong in anywhere anymore?...like how things are....different and how things are so....like you're out of reach with everyone you cared like you...like....ugh!..why feelings have to be so weird?!" Saiko mumbles as she sigh to herself in annoyed and defeated.
"Yeah....yeah I do...actually..." Melony suddenly said, which Saiko perks her head up and looks at Melony who sighs, "Sure, we have our lives. You with your band..and me with my comic books...and such...but it...does feel like we're drifting away from our friends....what we used to be...after everything....with........" Melony pauses for a second as she gently grip onto the laptop...before she takes a deep breath as she begins to continuing. "After......what happened with.............Axol....and Niles....and...it's just.....I know it's hard...I mean it's.....things been....rough...for us and them...after the old castle collapse...after the whole western whatever that was...after all of this Mr Puzzles stuff....it's been hard to...keep....things...together, you know?" Melony asks, tearing up as she tries so hard not to cry.
Saiko looks at her in concern and in sadness..before she nodded and sit next to her on the couch. "I...get it...like you want to fit in with the crew...but after everything...we were barely there to help them with any stuff that been going on and....it feels like we're not part of the crew..." Saiko said as she gently hugs Melony who just tears up quietly and stays close. "I...just feel like this could...give them a lead after everything they've been through....with that TV man...but nothing....we can't find any single hint of anything" Saiko said as she sadly sigh. "Well....at least, we got each other...right? Even if we don't know what to do...or anything....we.....got each other" Saiko said.
"Yeah but...does that make us.....even worth in the crew?" Melony asks which Saiko looks at Melony and sighs, "I...Hope so" she said. Suddenly they hear a ping on the laptop which they see all empty files. "What-...no no no-...is-....is the showground files...stolen?...." Saiko asks as she look at laptop which Melony watches. "By who?" Melony asks as Saiko tries to see, but all of a sudden, red cracks appear on the laptop and the red cracks break the laptop. "AH!! HOLY SH-" Melony yells as she and Saiko back up. "What......was that?...." Melony asks. "I don't......know....but...we need to tell the rest as soon as possible" Saiko said as the two look at each other in concern.
Meanwhile, in a very dark creepy lab..there were robotic arms everywhere..computer monitors everywhere...MILLIONS of video games DVDs are on a shelf, and a cloak figure watching over the files that were stolen. They secretly smirks, before they turns one of the TV off and grabs a computer chip from their drawer.
"That was close....but...I think I'm done waiting"
"It's TIME TO START THE PREQUEL OF THE GAME!!!"
