Y/n was in her room and was on a mission.

MISSION: CONVINCE MOM AND DAD

Y/n was in her room and was thinking of ways of convincing her parents to let her spend the night with her friends. She took out her phone and googled some ideas to try. 

Some of that said that she should not lie to her parents while some said that she should just cook up a story of a friend needing her because she broke up. 

Y/n found the second lie amazingly convincible to her parents. She was hell bound on convincing her parents to let her out for the night. She wanted to celebrate Arjun's birthday with him before they marry each other. 

For Y/n, her love life was going really perfect. Too perfect. And one is always aware that- if things are going absolutely perfect and the way they were planned. Congrats dude, you are officially fucked up!! 

Y/n was not realizing this thing. 

She kissed her pendent and clutched it to sleep, not before setting the alarm for tomorrow. Did I forgot to mention that Y/n was resuming work? Yes I did. So, Y/n is resuming her work from the next day. Her father would not go to the company. Not from tomorrow. He wanted to have a rest for a week. 

THE NEXT MORNING

Y/n woke up to her ringing alarm. She got ready in her office attire and went down for breakfast so that she could leave for work. 

Y/n went down in the dining hall only to find her parents sitting there and talking. She stood out and heard them talking about how empty the house feels without Payal. Now that she has embarked upon a new journey, they gave her all the blessings. Y/n heard her mother say that Payal was the sunshine of the house. Her mother was already missing Payal. 

But... aren't we supposed to get accustomed to changes real quick? That's what she did when her biological parents left her alone in this cruel world. She was told to never cry and remain silent. Silently bear with everything. 

Y/n walked inside. Seeing her, Mr. and Mrs. Raheja stopped talking and put on a smile. Now was when she felt that the air was really thick around her. She felt suffocated looking at her parents' faces. 

Y/n decided not to talk about her plan right now. She decided to let them be. Y/n decided that she will talk about herself at dinner. 

Although she felt a bit weird, she understood. She understood that bottling emotions p is harmful. Yet she was doing this. She was doing this not because she wanted to do it. But because, she was taught this since the very childhood. 

Y/n finished her breakfast and went to work. She hugged her parents as a gesture of comforting them. 

For Y/n, the rest of the day went off by working. 

ON THE OTHER SIDE

Taehyung was in the flight. He was looking at something in his phone. He was looking that the pictures that were taken during the wedding ceremony and other pre wedding ceremonies. There were so many photographs of Jin and Payal, the bangtan family, Payal's parents and Ashika. 

Taehyung took a few glances of some photos of himself, Jin, and Payal and skipped the others. His eyes were stuck on Y/n's photographs. 

Her smile was pretty. It was alluring. The talk and the words he shared with her were difficult to forget. Taehyung remembered his talk with Y/n.

I just wanted to say that... sometimes you need to open your eyes and just look around at the world. You might notice something you have been missing, or you might notice that some things and people need a mere glance... A mere glimpse.

Taehyung smiled to himself when he remembered his exact words. Jimin who sat beside Taehyung failed to notice the smile since Tony Montana was asleep. Payal and Seokjin were busy among themselves. 

Jungkook who sat on the left of Taehyung noticed his smile. 

" Hyung..."

Taehyung looked at Jungkook. 

Looking at Jungkook, Taehyung remembered Jungkook say Saranghae to Y/n. His eyes turned into siren eyes. 

" Mwo?"

" Hyung you are smiling!!" 

" No. When did I smile?"

" I just saw that"

" Jungkook, by any chance, do you like Y/n?"

Jungkook went silent. He looked down as a blush crept on his cheek. 

" You are not supposed to like her." Taehyung spoke. 

" Why hyung?"

" I heard you say saranghae to her" Taehyung spoke in a monotone. 

" Hyung... you sound as if... As if..."

Taehyung glared at Jungkook making him shut his mouth. Jungkook turned towards the window and whispered the complete sentence. 

As if you were jealous...
