☆ Jade ☆
I touched down in Los Angeles around 9:06 in the morning. It was a Saturday in the beginning of December. I've been on tour since August after my new album came out, I was more than happy to go on tour again.
As soon as I walked past the food court to the entrance, I pushed open the glass double doors. My eyes settled on my three older brothers who sat on the back of dad's pick up truck.
"JADE!" Nick was the first to jump over the edge, landing on his flip flops and jumping in my arms.
"Fuck, Nick." I laughed and held onto my brother who was clinging to me. Matt and Chris had the same reaction but they didn't jump on me, they helped me hold Nick up instead while halfway hugging me.
"We missed you so much, dude." Matt chuckled as he had to forcefully pull Nick off of me.
I adjusted my cap on my head. "I missed you all so much more." As tradition when I disappear from them for a long time - one by one, they each pretended to bow down in front of me then stand up and give a brotherly kiss to my forehead.
"How was your flight, honey?" Dad approached as he took my suitcase, wrapping his arms around me.
"Good, a little rocky on the take off but overall, good." I rocked on my feet. Dad always asked me how my flight was, mostly because I hated flying. It was one of my top ten fears. Knowing that something bad could happen any time I fly was a thought that sent me into panic mode sometimes.
"Come on, sis. We made you breakfast since we figured you'd be hungry." Chris wrapped his arm around my shoulders, dragging me to the truck. Nick opened the front door for me, allowing me to slide in while my brothers sat in the back.
"Here, J." Matt handed me his phone. "Since you just got home, you pick the song."
"Hell yeah." I chuckled and grabbed his phone, swiping through Spotify. Perks of being the sister who's away a lot. I settled on California Love by 2Pac, Roger, and Dr. Dre.
"Oh yeah!" My brothers yelled, beginning to jam out while dad and I laughed.

I let out a breath of relief to finally be back home after spending months on the road, going to back to back interviews and being constantly busy with my new album.
"Well, look who it is." Mom came out with her arms wide open for a hug.
I was a mama's girl.
"Hi, mommy." I squealed and hugged her tightly, smiling into her shoulder since we were around the same height. I was short as shit and my brothers definitely loved to tease me about it.
"Your brothers got you breakfast, go eat." She ushered me off as she and dad went into the living room.
"Oh, by the way." Matt started as I grabbed the lunch they prepared for me from the fridge. "We have a friend coming over in like two hours so if you want to say hi, that would be cool."
"Yeah, her name's Madison and I think you guys would really get along." Nick hopped up on the counter, reaching for a piece of French toast on my plate.
"Cool, maybe after I nap. I'm a little jet lagged." I playfully glared at Nick as I popped my food in the microwave.
"Great!" Matt smiled before hugging me from behind. "Welcome back, little sis."
"Yeah, welcome back, Jj." Nick and Chris joined in, kissing my forehead before leaving to their rooms. I smiled to myself, pulling my food from the microwave when it was done.
I sat at the table, eating my food while scrolling through TikTok and looking at all the videos posted of my tour so far. It was all so sweet. I love touring but sometimes I forget how much I love being home. Too bad I can only stay until Christmas.

I lifted my head out of bed when I heard the door open and close, soft patters followed by footsteps caused me to be wide awake. I soon remembered that Matt, Chris, and Nick were having a friend over so I assumed it was just that.
Nevertheless, I stood from bed. I threw on a white crop top with some baggy grey sweats that I've already stolen from Matt. I threw some comfy black socks on opened my door with a yawn. My hair wasn't too messy, a few strands in my face but that was okay.
"Look who's awake." Nick was the first to spot me. He loved hugs and Nick hugs always made me happy so I opened my arms to give him one, still a little asleep though.
"Jade, this is Madison. Madison, that's our sister, Jade. She just got back from tour." Chris introduced. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes to lay my eyes on the most beautiful woman I've ever seen.
"Oh my god, you're Jade Rose?" Madison walked calmly up to me with a gentle smile on her face. Jade Rose was my stage name, I didn't want to use my last name so I didn't take the spotlight from my brothers. Besides, Rose was a nickname my family used to always call me when I was little. Mostly because I had an unhealthy obsession with roses.
"It's just Jade." I chuckled and shook her soft hand. "Madison Beer, right?"
She looked a bit surprised that I knew who she was. "Yeah, that's right. How did you know me?"
"I've listened to a few of your songs before." I lightly smirked, letting her hand go. "Plus I've seen your twitch streams too."
Madison smiled, her perfect pink lips curling upwards as she scrunched her nose. "I listen to your music all the time. It's an obsession."
"That's cute." I giggled, seeing her blush before we parted ways a little, walking to the counter. I looked forward at the camera that they had propped up on a stand on the counter. "Are you guys filming?"
"We were about to." Nick ran his hand through his blonde hair. "We were going to try some holiday snacks with Madison."
A cute, fluffy dog suddenly came rushing in, pawing at my legs cutely. I cooed and crouched down to pet him. "And I see Presley has made his presence known to you." Madison joked with a smirk.
"He's so cute." I giggled out, standing back up after giving Presley lots of attention.
"Do you want to be in the video?" Matt asked and I made a small face.
"We know you don't come in our videos because of the spotlight and all, but we don't care. Will you please join us?" Nick used his best puppy dog eyes on me. "It'll be more fun, plus you get to eat a lot of free treats."
"Mm..." I thought for a moment before bouncing between my brothers' faces. They both had a pleading look. I looked to Madison who only smiled at me and for some reason, I felt the need to stay. "Okay."
Nick, Chris, and Matt immediately started screaming. I haven't been in one of their videos for almost a year and a half now so I'm not surprised that they are this excited.
"Let's get started then!" Nick went behind the camera, making a few adjustments.
"Glad you're staying." Madison whispered in my ear before winking at me as she left to go on the other side of my brothers. I blushed a little and a smile was now permanently settled on my face.
