"Finally here!" Hop smiled, carrying his Wooloo, "Can't believe it took almost an hour!"
"We would've been here sooner if this Eldegoss would've stayed caught!" Lumi frowned, with Satoshi hanging on her shoulder and Scorch holding her hand like a child.
"Thank Arceus for the great ball, huh?" Cameron teased.
"Zip it!" Lumi huffed, "Filthy pirate..."
"Lumi!" Hop scolded, "Though...it might be a good idea to stop by a Pokémon Center to get more stuff...wait, what's going on over there?"

Near the Gym, was a small crowd of people, along with a woman and Bede...and a man who lived like he just got back from working in Alola.
"Our sincerest apologies!" the woman spoke, "The chairman is quite busy. Please disperse...NOW!!"
"Oh, I see that Rose is...still awful at disguises," Cameron sighed.
"That's Chairman Rose?" both Hop and Lumi asked in unison, causing the older boy to facepalm.
"No need to rush off!" the chairman sighed, "I can still do...oh, well...goodbye...Oleana, we need the support of our fans to keep doing what we are doing. Chasing them off like that...aren't you being a little too harsh?"
"Fans are important, of course," Oleana answered, "That's why you need to keep doing your work...for their sake. You do remember what we discussed? To deal with our...guests."
"I do," Rose sighed.
"I promise to do everything in my power to help you as well, chairman!" Bede smirked, still unaware of the danger Galar was in.
"Oh, and you are...?" Rose was confused.
"That's Bede, sir," Cameron walked over, "Sorry I was late. Ran into a little trouble."
"Ah!" Chairman Rose smiled, "Bede, I recall now! I dare say I'm impressed at how far you've come since that day all those years ago when we met! Will you be the one to win the Gym Challenge? Or one of Leon's endorsed trainers?"
"I will prove your faith to not be misplaced!" Bede pumped his fist into the air, "I won't lose to anyone!"
"Oh for Dialga and Palkia's sake..." Cameron rolled his eyes.
"I'll be on my way," Bede smirked at Cameron before he left, catching a glance of Lumi before he left.
"Huh...reminds me," Rose then thought to himself, "Cameron, have you seen Lumi at all? I wished to speak with her."
"Uhm..." Lumi timidly spoke up, "Here."
"Ah!" Rose smirked, "I was wondering when I would see you! Bede was talking about you earlier! I admit, I'm curious as to why Leon endorsed you and his brother...ah! I had a good idea!"
"As you tend to do, chairman," Oleana added.
"Stroking egos, aren't we?" Cameron rolled his eyes again.
"You'll face Gym Leader Nessa soon, yes?" Rose spoke again, "If you get a Gym Badge from her, I'll hold a celebration, to get to know you a little better!"
"I won't let you down, Chairman Rose!" Lumi grinned, "I'll make everybody proud!"
"Chairman," Oleana spoke up, "We really need to get going."
"Of course..." Rose grumbled, before turning to Lumi, a slimmer of hope in his eyes, "Please do your best. Always. For the sake of Galar. For one day, you may change the world!"
As Rose and Oleana left, with the latter giving Lumi the location of where to go after her victory before following the Chairman, Hop rushed back with pokeballs and potions to give Lumi.
"So that's where you were..." Cameron added, "Listen you two...you guys should stay on alert. The world isn't safe anymore like it used to be. People can be so full of themselves or just strive to be scum for no reason."
"That's ...odd advice," Hop frowned, then smiled again, "But still great advice nontheless!"
"We will be optimistic as always!" Lumi grinned.
"Good," Cameron sighed turning to leave, "I'll be off then. Take care."

As Cameron walked off to leave,  Hop and Lumi both walked towards the Hulbury Gym.
