Rowan tried to focus on the lesson, but her vision began to waver. The classroom around her seemed to blur and shift, as if she were looking through a distorted lens. Her heart raced as the sensation of disorientation deepened, and suddenly, she was no longer in the present.

She found herself in the same classroom, but it was different—older, with a faint aura of another time. Rowan realized with a jolt that she was watching from a different perspective. Her body was not her own, and she was witnessing a scene unfolding before her eyes.

The girl seated in the back of the classroom, who looked remarkably like Rowan, was gazing out the window. Her expression was one of wonder and fascination as she looked at something outside. Rowan's heart pounded as she saw a mythical creature appear out of nowhere. The creature had beautiful black glimmering fur and magnificent blue eyes, like the deep blue ocean. It was as if it was peering directly into her soul.

Rowan watched in awe as the creature—a black panther—fixed its gaze on the girl. The panther was majestic and imposing, and Rowan couldn't tear her eyes away from its mesmerizing presence. But as she looked closer, the panther's predatory nature became apparent. The creature's gaze felt like a silent promise of danger, and Rowan's sense of awe shifted to terror.

She felt a surge of fear, her body tensing as if it were the prey being stalked. An uncomfortable sensation crawled over her skin, like hundreds of spiders skittering across her body. Her breath quickened, and she felt an intense urge to run.

Just as the panic reached its peak, the sound of the school bell pierced through the disorientation, pulling Rowan back to the present. She was once again in the classroom, her vision clearing as the lesson ended. She blinked rapidly, trying to make sense of the sudden shift.

Rowan glanced around, her heart still racing. She was confused and disoriented by the strange vision she had just experienced. The bell signaled the end of English Literature class, and students began to gather their things and head out.

Rowan walked out of the classroom, her mind reeling from the vivid memory she had just witnessed. It was as if she had been transported to another time, experiencing a moment that felt both familiar and foreign. The vision had been so real that it left her questioning the boundaries between past and present.
