As they made their way home, the sky suddenly opened up and rain started to pour down. The sky roared with a vigorous force as it darkened with ominous clouds, the city enveloped in a misty haze as the lightning and thunder began to rage overhead. The gusty winds had howled fiercely, making it difficult to see anything in the darkness.
Trayaksh drew his wife closer, trying to shield her off from the downpour of the heavy rainfall around. He could feel her little shivering body against his muscular arms and he tightened his hold more on Aarunya. He wrapped his coat around her shoulders, attempting to keep her dry, as they continued walking towards their car as the bodyguard struggled to keep the umbrella up against the fierce winds. Trayaksh held his wife close, her small body shivering against his larger frame. As they approached the luxurious Rolls-Royce
, he opened the passenger side door and gently helped her inside, his movements filled with a mixture of protectiveness and affection. Once she was seated, he quickly got in on the seat beside her, shutting the door behind him to drown out the sounds of the storm.
"Are you okay, Ocean?' He asked softly, cupping her cheeks with his hands gently, his eyes filled with tenderness and concern.

She nodded her head in a yes as he looked at her in awe. His wife truly looked like a goddess with her locks wet with rain water and those messy hairs making her look cuter in his eyes. The way her luscious lips trembled from the cold and beads of water fell off her skin like pearls falling off the eyelashes to the neck of a sea mermaid. He couldn't help but marvel at her cuteness. His throat suddenly went dry and the urge to Kiss her hard at the same instant made heat rush to his body. Clearing his head off his unwanted thoughts the man controlled himself as he composed himself and tried to look out of the car window to distract himself but he found himself stealing glances at his little wife all the time.
He had glanced over at her, noticing her gaze fixed on the rain outside. He could see the soft and dreamy expression on her face, the fascination and love for the rain apparent in her eyes as she stared outside at the rain, her gaze fixated on the heavy droplets hitting the windshield, her eyes filled with admiration and wonder. He smiled to himself, knowing she was a pluviophile, someone who found joy and comfort in the rain, just like he found with her in his arms.
"You like rain a lot, don't you sweetheart "....he spoke, his voice laced with amusement and pure affection."Mhmm. Rain is like a soothing balm to my soul. A melody of nature so peaceful yet so chaotic on its own." She answered in response, her voice soft, devoid of any numbness he felt in her behavior all these days. It was as if the rain was washing the pain inside of her away, replacing it with a new found fondness and affection, a joy of living.
"During my childhood I used to play outside in the rain. I used to get all soaked in mud but I enjoyed it. Then Maa used to scold me and take me inside of our house." She spoke softly remembering her childhood and a small smile tugged in Trayaksh's lips as he heard her nostalgic reply and he could imagine an adorable mini Aarunya playing in the rain wearing her cute dress or frock with little rain boots in her tiny feets. Deep down he couldn't help but compare her childhood with his own lonesome life as a kid and a pang of sadness suddenly touched his heart making his expressions a bit gloomy.
