Dr Otoya wasn't entirely sure about heading into Mech Town herself, but the emergency on her mind was time sensitive, so she swallowed her pride as she drove to the address Kyo had sent her. Cameron was keeping watch when the good doctor's car pulled up t the door and she got out.
"I hope this is the right place..." Dr Otoya muttered to herself as she looked it up and down. She eventually saw Cameron and paused.
"Cameron?" She asked.
"Same one." Cameron replied, "Good to see ya again, doc."
"You've changed, is that a body plate on your shoulder?"
"Yeah, not nearly as much as Kyo, though. Come on in, I know we've got to talk." Cameron insisted, leading the good doctor inside.

Dr Otoya was led upstairs into the main office of the garage where the crew had been gathered. Kyo was there to greet them, which led to her getting a bearhug.
"I still can't believe how different you look." Dr Otoya remarked.
"I feel different, but for the better." Kyo assured, "I- I'm sorry about how things went down before..."
"Don't worry about it, now's not the time." Dr Otoya assured her, "Let's stay focussed here."
"She's right." Jasper interjected, "Sit down, doc. Let's talk business." she insisted. Everyone sat down and watched as Dr Otoya took her own seat and presented a datapad.
"Before we begin," She started, "What I'm about to ask of you could be considered insane."
"I've done crazier for less significant people, shoot yer shot, doc." Jasper pressed, Dr Otoya sighed and started the datapad to display a picture of a half-Chinese man in his late forties.
"This is Charles Yin Xiang, known to his friends as Charlie Xiang, sixth generation half-Chinese. He's veteran from the Greater Civil Wars, Royal Army Marines, Powered Division." she explained.
"Powered Division?" Ryse inquired, "As in they had powered suits like Panzer Wolf?"
"The Royal army developed it's own powered suits of armour." Cameron explained, "A division of the Marines was created for the finished equipment just before the GCWs broke out, the equipment was experimental, though, and was not prepared for any of the shit that was thrown at them, very few members of that division made it out of London. No one really talks about it for many reasons."
"How do you know?"
"My dad was there. He told me about it. Now shut up and let the good Doctor continue!" Cameron snapped.
"Thank you, Cameron." Dr Otoya sighed, "Now, many veterans have an implant called a Mnemonic Archive, it's a memory preservation and isolation implant meant to preserve, slash, quarantine certain memories. Veterans like those from the GCWs often use them to suppress shell shock and live better lives. A few weeks ago, Charles' malfunctioned and partially ejected."
"Jesus H-" Mak stuttered, "Poor bastard, saw that shit more times than I'd like to remember back when I flew, he must be losing it."
"He went wild." Dr Otoya went on, "He's been in a medically induced coma since because he keeps yelling about enemies and looking for weapons, his family want him back."
"Sounds to me that he's gone Mech-maniac." Isaac confessed, "I doubt there's any hope for him now."
"Probably not, but that's where I come in." Dr Otoya added, "Charles' family approached me about having him cared for by as a clinical subject for my project; the NAGMOC."
