The next day, they're waiting in Felskeilo north gate, a knight is already there with a horse.

Knight: "greetings, I was informed to meet you here, my name is Floki" she said bowing.

Quswan: "good day for you too, I am Quswan and this is my wife Cayna"

Floki: "the convoy will arrive shortly, also her majesty give this horde for you to use in this journey" he said, stroking the horse neck.

Quswan: "thank you, that so generous of her".

They wait in silence until Cayna broke it.

Cayna: "why there's so many merchants here?" she wondered.

Quswan: "they probably want to stalk the knight convoy and leech them for protection" he said disapprovingly.

Floki: " that is indeed the case, greedy ones, all of them." He said.

Other than merchant people are also crowded the road, since not everyday you could see such large number of knights being deployed. Not long after that they could hear the crowd cheering, signaling the arrival of knight convoy, Quswan then mount the horse and pull Cayna up positioning her in princess carry, omitting a surprised yelp from her, they then walk out of the gate waiting the convoy outside.

As the convoy walk through the gate they can see the formation clearly. On the front mounting a horse is Shining Saber, behind him is row of carriages with the knights marched on each side with their officers also on the horse. There's about 350 knights being deployed, perhaps not that much, but then again they're not marching for war with other nation but to help them with bandit problem.

After all the convoy walk past through, the officers order the walking knight to enter the carriage, Floki also entering one while Quswan approach Shining Saber on the front.

Quswan: "thank you for having us in this trip"

Shining Saber: "it not a problem, but why you even here to begin with?" he asked.

Quswan: "this actually Mai-Mai's idea, apparently the fishing village Cohral told us is in route with this convoy, she's the one to recommend us to tag along"

Shining Saber: "I see"

The officers and some knight that still not entering carriages are eyeing them curiously, after all in this gathering of knight the High elf couple look so out of place. The journey went along smoothly, Quswan have a few conversation with the officers and they get along quiet well, they rest in the afternoon and setting the camp for the night.

Every knight are trained for it and went with their duty in their squad without a hunch, until Quswan realize something.

Quswan: "why no one start cooking?".

Even if it still early for dinner they should start preparing it, but he didn't see any of the knights preparing cooking utensils.

Shining Saber: " well we didn't bring cooks with us" he said.

Quswan: "and do none of you could cook?"

Shining Saber: "no... ?" he said hesitantly.

Quswan massaged his forehead, look so exasperated with everything.

Quswan: "... tell me, what would you eat" he said.

Shining Saber: " we bring meat jerky along with salted meat and dried bread. We just eat it as it is"

Quswan: "did you just like it that way or..." he trailed, looking at the surrounding knights.

Female elf knight: "well... we didn't had other choices?".
