It was evening, and Yoongi was listening carefully to the person talking in front of him. He was in a meeting, giving his full attention to a member of the board of advisors. Suddenly, his phone started vibrating, drawing his attention away from the meeting. An unknown number was displayed on the screen. He excused himself and stepped into his private office.

"Hello, who is this?" he answered, curiosity evident in his voice.

"Finally, you picked up, Mr. Yoongi," the voice on the other end said.

"Excuse me, who is this?" Yoongi was bewildered by the audacity of the stranger.

"Oh, where are my manners? I am Kim Seokjin."

"Kim Seokjin who?"

"Your future brother-in-law, Kim Seokjin. Kim Jimin's handsome brother," Seokjin replied, his tone playful.

"Oh, the handsome brother. Is there a specific reason behind your call?" Yoongi asked, slightly amused.

"So, you're the type who doesn't like to beat around the bush. I like it. You are perfect for my brother," Seokjin said.

"Ehmm, thank you, I guess, Mr. Seokjin."

"Oh, please drop the honorifics, Yoongi. It makes me feel old. I called because Jimin wants to meet you," Seokjin explained.

"Then why are you the one calling me, Seokjin?"

"Well, my brother is kinda shy, that's why. And in this era, without meeting each other, you can't marry."

"Of course," Yoongi agreed.

"Let's have dinner together tomorrow," Seokjin suggested.

"Okay then, I'll send you the location."

"Very well, bye, Yoongi," Seokjin said before hanging up.

Yoongi stared at his phone for a moment, a small smile playing on his lips. He appreciated Seokjin's straightforwardness and sense of humor. He really wanted to meet Jimin but didn't know how to reach him. He was grateful that Seokjin reached out to him and became a mediator in setting up a meeting between Jimin and him.

Jungkook anxiously tried calling Jimin late at night, but each attempt was met with the same automated message: "The number you have dialed is not responding." He kept trying, his concern growing with each unanswered call. Finally, he gave up for the night, deciding that he'd talk to Jimin in person once his suspension was over.

The next day, Jungkook returned to the university with a sense of urgency. He wasted no time and began searching for Jimin, heading straight to the library—Jimin's usual haunt when there were no classes. As he entered, he spotted Kai, Jimin's friend and classmate.

"Hi! Oh, good to see you, Jungkook. Finally, your suspension is over," Kai greeted him cheerfully.

"Yeah, thanks. Where's Jimin?" Jungkook asked, cutting straight to the point.

"Jimin didn't come today," Kai replied, a bit surprised by Jungkook's abruptness.

"Okay, bye," Jungkook said hastily, leaving a confused Kai behind as he tried calling Jimin again. This time, to his relief, Jimin finally picked up.

"Hello! Where are you? I've come back to university after seven days. I thought you'd be here waiting to welcome me, but there's no sign of you," Jungkook complained, trying to lighten the mood.

"Jungkook, I have to take my father to the doctor. I'll talk to you later," Jimin lied, his voice tense as he tried to end the call.

"Wait! I would bring a proposal to your home, at least let me make an introduction," Jungkook blurted out, trying to hold onto the conversation.
