We were all armed and ready to leave, two of the new girls were armed with metal bats and nothing else. We probably looked like a Mafia group, walking out of a store in a line, armed to the teeth as we entered the truck.
"uh.... We got a problem..." Drake told us.
"What?"
"We're almost out of gas..."
We all looked at each other, then Sadie spoke for the first time in a while, "I saw a gas station back that way before we pulled in here. Just go right out of here and you'll see it."
"Great. Thanks Sadie." Drake replied, high fiving her in the process.
We drove out to the right of the parking lot, which I just now noticed was abnormally empty, and towards the station. I began to hear the engine sputter and kick as we got within twenty feet of the pumps, then it stopped. The truck just shut down.
"Fuck!" Drake cursed, hitting the steering wheel.
"Could we push i-" Drew started.
"It weighs like twenty thousand pounds dude... you want to try? Be my guest."
"Never mind."
"Hold on..." I started as I pushed through everyone to get out, "Stay here. Give me my bag."
Josh handed me the large bag and my weapon that was strapped to it and I threw it over my shoulders. Then ran back up the road with my shotgun in hand and loaded. My destination was a large gas tanker that looked like it got held up in traffic on it's way here with a full tank.
I climbed the ladder on the tank one handed with my shotgun in hand, holstering it as I got on top. I lifted the dip stick and discovered that it was a diesel tanker, the truck used diesel.
"Alright... what was I thinking? Oh, right. Push." I said to myself as I climbed into the cab and found the keys laying on the dash, as I grabbed them I wondered what each of the other keys went to. I stuck the keys into the ignition and stepped on the brake and the clutch, then started it and put it in first gear.
"Woah! What the fuck are you doing!?" Drake shouted from over the radio.
"Just hang on!" I said as I drove the semi in-line with the truck and rear ended it, pushing it. I didn't back up, I just stepped on the gas even harder and pushed Miss Piggy to the pumps. Drake climbed out of the truck as I climbed out of the semi.
"What the fuck was that?!"
"What? You got a problem with someone helping you?"
"No, but I do when they ram us in a semi!"
"What's the problem?! I don't fucking see one!"
Everyone else had come out and stood behind Drake, "The problem is, that we are loaded with a couple hundred pounds of ammunition and have stolen explosives in the storage compartments! Do you see a problem now you dumbass!?"
"Wait...explosives?"
"Yes explosives! You know, things that go boom?"
"When the hell did we get explosives?"
"Oh bullshit, you knew about them. Drew was supposed to tell you about 'em."
I just stared, confused at him, then Drew came out of the crowd and spoke up, "Yeah...about that... I never did."
"You never fucking told hi-"
"Hold on! Don't yell at him because right now you're looking like a dumbass."
