Unrealistic//Christian Leave

Emerson's POV-

After lunch we all decided to walk around the city. Jack and Olivia we seriously hitting it off. I'd like to think the same for Christian and I, but we're both really awkward around each other. We ran into the huge 'Toys R Us' , and I saw a huge teddy bear. I immediately ran up to it and looked at Olivia.

" I NEED THIS." I said to her.

"Are you going to want to carry this around all day?" She replied.

"I'll carry it for her." Someone said behind Olivia.

I looked over the short girls head and saw Christian standing there.

"Oh you really don't have to-" I started to say.

"I know. Let me be a gentleman." He said, taking the teddy bear out of my hands.

"And I'll buy it too!" He said over his shoulder as he walked away.

"Adorable." Said Olivia, as she left and walked over to Jack.

I stood there alone, looking as Christian took out his wallet and I thought, "What is going to happen now?"

Soon the day flashed before my eyes, and before I knew it, we were back at the hotel.

"Well it's 9:00, when I told my mom I'd meet her." I said sadly to the group.

"We have an event tomorrow in Connecticut so we have to drive in the morning, too." Said Mike.

"It was really nice to meet you guys and spend the day together." Olivia said to everyone."

"Ditto." Said Pierson.

"We had a lot of fun." I said.

"We did too." The boys said.

"See you on social media, I guess." Said Olivia.

"We won't forget about you!" Said Jack.

"We won't either." I said.

As Olivia and I turned to walk to the elevator, I was turned around.

"Don't go." Was all I heard before I felt a pair of warm lips on mine.

I suddenly felt a sad feeling rush over me.

"I have to." I said whispering into Christian's shoulder.

"Okay," He said looking at me with big, sad eyes. "We'll see each other soon."

"Okay." I said, giving a small smile.

We interlocked our hands and then slipped them away from each other as I headed toward the elevator.

And that was the last time I'd ever heard from Christian.
